I went a few times a couple of years ago and wasn’t overly impressed. I went back today to get what turned out to be an overlay on most of my nails and a few tips on nails that were too short. The person who helped me was polite, but the owner stood hovering nearby talking to her while she was working, clearly rushing her, even though I got there almost immediately after they opened and there were only a few people in the salon. Every nail I have is filed completely crooked..., and so short that I cannot file them to fix them without making it worse. They are painted black, so it is VERY noticeable. The woman who painted my nails did a so-so job, but didn’t actually paint my ENTIRE nail on a few of them. And I have black polish on my skin on my thumb that she didn’t get off. This was the last chance for them. I paid, and tipped, because the obviously did the work, but I won’t go back. See More

I had the most pleasant experience here today. I went in, without an appointment, and was greeted immediately by the owner. He took me straight back to a table, with color samples and right away a nail technician attended to my nails. I wish I had caught her name because she was so sweet. In fact, everyone was very nice. The gel manicure was perfect. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now!

This was the first nail salon I went to when I moved to bartlett and I went on a busy day and they were short staffed. The lady who did my nails rushed through them, just assumed how I wanted them shaped and left them very thick. I didn't go back until today but I decided to give them another chance. The first thing I told the lady was that I wanted them SQUARE! I even told her to keep them the shape they were but no, she cut them all the way down and rounded them completely out. She once again didn't really use the drill so my nails aren't smooth at all and they're so short that the shape can't be changed until they grow out a little.. I said multiple times that I do hair so I use my nails to help section but with how round and short they are now that will not be possible. I WILL NOT be giving them a 3rd chance..

Royal nails had top notch customer service. They greet you immediately upon arrival (not just screaming from a work station) and they make it a point to know your name as well as get to know you as a customer. The extremely neat organization of their polish and cleanliness also won this OCD customer over. And my nails and toes ALWAYS look amazing! I don't make technician requests but always seem to get Mai and she is awesome! I just took my husband with me yesterday for a mani/pedi and he really enjoyed it! Thank you for treating your customers like "royalty".

Yesterday was mine and my 5 yr old daughter's first time going there. When we walked in we were immediately greeted. I asked was there a way that my daughter could get a pedicure along with me and the lady responded yes! So when we sat down they fixed it to where she had a bowl closer to her and more for her size. Now, I've been to quite a few nail shops and not one has gone that far to accommodate my daughter so that was already a plus for me! My daughter got top notch treatment! I didn't get the lady's name that did our pedicure but she was great! The service was excellent and we will be returning!

This has been my go-to place for a while but the last two visits have been disappointing. Saturday they were very busy but we waited about an hour. I wanted a shellac mani. The girl did it in about 10 minutes. My nails are lopsided and jagged, not smooth around the edges. I paid $30 for the mani and feel like I got maybe $10 worth of service. Very very unhappy and will not be back.

Best nail salon I've ever been too. Beautifully decorated, clean, updated top of the line massage chairs, beautifully decorated, great customer service, prices are reasonable and a glass of wine is offered if you wish! I love it!!!! The owners are incredibly nice people who truly care about their customers and that their customers are satisfied. If you haven't been you must treat yourself to a relaxing treat at this Salon. From a loyal Customer who would not go anywhere else.

I've been going to this salon for at least 10 years. The ladies are friendly and professional. Before my mom passed away, she was sick and disabled. The ladies would come out to the car and help me get her in the salon and in a chair. They did the mani and the pedi for her in the massage chair. Then they'd help me get her back in the car. I've always enjoyed my own relaxing experience here but I'm especially grateful for the extra effort they gave to help with my mom.

I went a few times a couple of years ago and wasn’t overly impressed. I went back today to get what turned out to be an overlay on most of my nails and a few tips on nails that were too short. I had the most pleasant experience here today. I went in, without an appointment, and was greeted immediately by the owner. He took me straight back to a table, with color samples and right away a nail technician attended to my nails. I wish I had caught her name because she was so sweet. In fact, everyone was very nice. This was the first nail salon I went to when I moved to bartlett and I went on a busy day and they were short staffed. The lady who did my nails rushed through them, just assumed how I wanted them shaped and left them very thick. I didn't go back until today but I decided to give them another chance. They greet you immediately upon arrival (not just screaming from a work station) and they make it a point to know your name as well as get to know you as a customer.
