i went today with my mum and not gonna lie I was pretty offended! The staff offered everyone else but me or my mum a drink I know this might sound petty but I think that was really rude plus we have been coming here for 4 years! Also I find it quite rude that the staff have their headphones in talking in their own language. I don’t mind it but I don’t know what they are saying they might be talking about their customers I don’t know. I found it pretty awkward because normally when I go to a nail salon i talk to the staff like we have a conversation but when I go here I feel so awkward because I’m just sitting there. When you go to a nail salon you expect to have a good experience and the staff will be friendly But not here there not I don’t think I will be going back I’ll probably go to envi on Brentwood high st as they treat everyone equally and they are polite and friendly! Great friendly staff. Never had a problem and they do an excellent job on my short bitten nails. Nails always look fab afterwards. Only time I've ever had to wait is if I haven't booked an appointment but that is to be expected when they are busy. I'm a regular customer and go back at least every 2-3 weeks. Read Less

I have been using this nail shop.. because that all it deserves to be called a shop.. Awful .. they have taken money from me month after mouth my fault of cause for going back and giving my custom! But its was convenience more than anything! Such a fool .. They have recently charged me for acrylic nails and feet plus pedicure for my feet... £73 plus I paid £5 tip on top.....my holiday!!! I went in at 9.am on the Saturday and went on holiday on the Monday...! On the first day of my trip two nails fell off great for a 10 day holiday after paying that amount! Poor pedicure ... And also told by the nail technician in my hotel.. that I had a verruca on my finger, probably from the same shop! Dirty lazy rude people.. BE WARNED ... THINK BEFORE YOU ENTER AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH IN THIS SHOP! Helen the owner is also very personal and spoke in appropriately manner about my breast! Bad service .. AS last person said better nail technicians in surrounding areas .. they are not at Sheffield nails!!!!! - 8 Helen and Sheffield nails failed me as a good customer.. very bad poor service.. Terrible place. Had my individual lashes done at this place and it was the worst experience I've ever had. It took a very long time for the lady to apply the lashes. Once applied, they looked like she's done it for the first time in her life. I asked for a refund and the lashes to be removed, as I'd feel embrassed leaving the place with them on. The lady tried to refuse to take them off saying it's impossible to do it. I finally convinced her to do it and she told me I was a "waste of her time and her money". She also used a product which irritated my skin and eyes. As well as this, she tried to cut some of the lashes off cutting my natural lashes at the same time. Terrible place! Girls please don't go there. Unless you want your skin and natural eyelashes to be damaged.Read Less
