Can’t even believe i have been quite a regular customer for some time now!! Ever since going there i have been appalled by the rudeness of the staff and their lack of care in doing a good job. They rush their work, in which i have experienced being cut with the electric file. There have been many times where staff will blame me for something they have done wrong. Poor customer service. I was a regular customer of this salon, however, I decided to look elsewhere. Since visiting Nails @ Studio 4, I will never revisit Pink & White. The male manager is rude and obnoxious. The staff seem disinterested, inconsistent and regularly talk about you in Vietnamese. Hygiene is an issue and I believe they are refilling CND Shellac bottles with cheap fake substitutes. Avoid. Read Less

The rudest manager/Boss I have ever known! On Saturday 29th July I witnessed him shouting and ranting at a customer all because she said her nails were not dry!..he also keeps trying to charge me different amounts for the same thing!..and I refused to pay more this day, and told him he can't charge more than what is on his price list, so he also ranted and shouted at me, much of which I couldn't understand, and then proceeded to say he would charge more next time' so I politely told him there would be no next time!..I could also tell there is a bad atmosphere with some of the staff, who by the way are usually nice and polite, unlike him who mostly barks at people when they enter, I have been using the shop for a few months and to be fair nails mostly done very well, but the boss is the rudest man going, and doesn't deserve the custom, who keep the shop in business. If you want somewhere to get the job done and get out, then this is the place. If you want to chat with someone, feel relaxed and a place with actual hygiene then this is not the place for you. From my experience this place does do good nails and they did last. However as a beauty therapist myself it does disgust me on their hygiene. They don't soak or clean their tools in anything, don't wipe down the services. I really think their hygiene needs to be checked by a professional. The thing I'm most annoyed about is the fact last time I went and was paying, the manager grabbed my hand as I was pulling out my card and the grabbed the card off me- which I wanted to scream about. Would rate 0 stars if possible! Worst experience, cut my skin with the electric file & when I flinched she told me to be careful. Didn't shape my nails as I asked so re-did them & still wasn't even straight never mind square so she through the nail file down on the table & told me to do them my self. Painted awful & still had to pay full price for un even poorly painted nails. No customer service skills. Waste of time & money! Read Less

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Worse customer service I've ever experienced! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with 'what do you want' not even a hello. They made me bleed without apologising my nails where uneven and when I asked politely I got a huff and a yanked arm! ALL of the staff are constantly on their phones I've been there once where halfway through my nails the guy answered his phone! They do not speak English on the shop floor which I find extremely uncomfortable and rude. The manager is the rudest person I've had the meet! The only reason I think they still have customer is because it's the biggest place in Brentwood and can (sometimes if they feel like it or can drag there-self off the god damn phone!) take walk ins but your nail will look like crap! I witnessed today one of the staff order a pizza and eat at the station - doesn't seem very hygienic to me! Also over heard a convocation between staff and customer ' I'd hate to live here because I'd always see clients and I'd hate it I don't want to see them' UNPROFESSIONAL!! Wouldn't waste your money!
