I was not happy with Lauren’s customer service she looks bored and miserable and very intimidating as soon as we walked in we got looked up and down and she was rude to my friend it made us not feel welcome at all however storm was lovely and the quality of our nails were great it was just miserable and rude staff which were a let down

I booked an appointment for 11 to get my nails done for my wedding the next day. Phoned ahead to see if I could change my appointment to 11.30 and she said no. Turned up 15 mins late and she refused. ...
I booked an appointment for 11 to get my nails done for my wedding the next day. Phoned ahead to see if I could change my appointment to 11.30 and she said no. Turned up 15 mins late and she refused. Had to go beg at other bail shops to get them done for my wedding and Megan's Nails were kind enough to take pity on me. Thank God for them. Girl in the shop was sullen and rude! Don't go to this shop!

Got cluster lashes done, asked for natural for me and my friend! They didn’t turn out natural! It was the first time I had ever had them done and I don’t believe they were the best! I got them done and they started falling out the next day! I had to fill the gaps with actual mascara so people couldn’t notice some were missing! Now they are all out after 3-4 days, they were supposedly supposed to last 2 weeks. I did get compliments but I wouldn’t recommend.

I booked an appointment with them, when i arrived for my appointment they said i had no booking and they could only fit me in 3 hours later then my original appointment time. It was my only day off to get my nails done so i was very disappointed. I ended up walking into Gemini and was so glad i did.

Today I went to envi to get my first acrylics. I had Justina. I was nervous and a bit scared not gonna lie but she was so nice and friendly. I am so so so happy with my nails and I will definitely be going back. She did my nails so neatly and pretty. When I normally go and get my nails just painted with gel the staff don’t really talk just get on with it but at envi I felt like I was talking to a friend.

I was not happy with Lauren’s customer service she looks bored and miserable and very intimidating as soon as we walked in we got looked up and down and she was rude to my friend it made us not feel welcome at all however storm was lovely and the quality of our nails were great it was just miserable and rude staff which were a let down

Got cluster lashes done, asked for natural for me and my friend! They didn’t turn out natural! It was the first time I had ever had them done and I don’t believe they were the best! Today I went to envi to get my first acrylics. I had Justina. I was nervous and a bit scared not gonna lie but she was so nice and friendly. I am so so so happy with my nails and I will definitely be going back. She did my nails so neatly and pretty. When I normally go and get my nails just painted with gel the staff don’t really talk just get on with it but at envi I felt like I was talking to a friend.
