Booked hair up-do and makeup package well in advance only to receive an email two days beforehand in horrific ‘text message’ English to say that the girl who had booked me in had messed up and the stylist couldn’t do up-do hair. I called and spoke to someone who said I could have ‘hair styling’, but not an updo or wash and blow dry. This seemed silly and so I kept my appt for the makeup and passed on the hair, which appt had already been taken by someone whom I’ve no idea of, but the girl on the phone felt the need to tell me her name and that she was in for a full head of extensions.
I flew back to the UK from overseas for a family party and had 2hrs before I had to drive to Sussex to get beautified. At such short notice of this mess up and now unable to gain a package price I wrote an email of complaint and asking for a discount on the makeup to the manager which to this day has not been answered....
The makeup was average. It was rushed. I had to keep asking things like ‘would you be able to put some bronzer on please’ and ‘do you think I should have mascara on my lower lashes’. The girl was lovely, but seemed tired, used filthy brushes and sponges (I was the first client at 9am), she applied lipgloss directly from the stick and didn’t clean it before or after, primark makeup and I felt I could have done as good a job if not better myself.
The cleanliness of the salon in general was dire. I was really shocked. It was filthy.
Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t go again. I’d recommend Brush & Blow where luckily I managed to get an appt for my hair after and they were fantastic and their makeup artist seemed incredibly professional and the results I saw on 2 girls were far superior to what I had received at Chloe’s

The place is filthy filthy dirty do not be fooled by what you see on tele. For a all white salon supposedly it’s was either orange or black. The staff we really deflated and didn’t really know what they are doing. Asked for a specific style and got something not even remotely the same. I would save yourself a few quid and do it yourself

Brilliant service. Arranged easily prom package for my daughter and absolutely pleased with results. Lovely people,great service. Talented makeup artist! Worth every penny! Such a great place.

Absolutely shocking service when I phoned for the appointment no details were asked upon booking turned up hardly any choice of colour no cuticle work was done and the paint job is awful completely flooded the cuticles! Already lifting after 1 hour when phoned to speak to the manager I was told she wasn’t there absolutely shocking service for somewhere that has a name that claims to be good!

A special thanks to Jack who done my hair and Gracie and Hayley who did a fabolous job on make up. Sorry don’t remember everyone’s names! I will be defo coming again.

Sure Chloe would have sorted it out for you that's if she hasn't appointed someone else to be her Assistant Manager and even so you could have phoned up to speak to her personally and informed her of how her Staff behaved on your visit

There was a group of 5 of us. 3 out of the 5 were not happy...
I had a £32 pedicure, no base coat used and after asking to only do cuticle work on my little toes, didn’t do it at all. No hard ...

I had a £32 pedicure, no base coat used and after asking to only do cuticle work on my little toes, didn’t do it at all. No hard skin removal or scrub and I had to ask her to put a top coat on my nails after varnishing them and then had to remove varnish from my skin myself.
A blow dry was combed out as soon as we got back to the hotel as a loose beach wave was asked for but a curly sue bouffant was given.
A manicure was booked but an express manicure was given with shoddy nail varnish finish. Again, this was removed as soon as we got back to the hotel.
Shame the salon is untidy and shabby in places as it could be lovely.
Top salon prices for sub standard service. Really disappointed.

I came here for my prom trial makeup, expecting to be amazed! Unfortunately for me i will not be visiting again and will be going else where for my makeup. The staff were very lovely however my makeup was shocking for the amount it cost. It was very rushed and looked that there was no care put into my makeup and something i could have done better on so many levels. Was a real shame as it was a lovely salon inside with a lot of atmosphere and lovely staff.

Visited over the weekend for nail appointment for myself and 3 friends had make up. Utter waste of time and money. Over priced, horrible atmosphere and inexperienced staff. Conveyer belt operating system, impersonal and staff didn't seem to run on time so next available person just stepped in. Conversations between staff going on throughout the whole of my service and the treatment I had put on my nails has all lifted off after 2 days! 2 out of 3 make ups hated it!!Wouldnt recommend and wouldn't return to this gimmicky joke of a salon!

What a disappointment . We were all booked here for my daughters hen . It was over priced , hair did not stay in , the charges had increased however we were not informed on the price increases , the old prices were still being advertised. When we approached staff about this the reply was '' sorry we have not got round to changing the prices yet'' so how can they charge increased prices?? . Staff were miserable . I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I am really disappointed

Went to Chloe's beauty bar the other day I didn't feel very well but I really wanted to go and my mum had booked an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed so we went there and after walking the wrong way up the high street we eventually walked back down and found it we walked in and the staff at reception asked when my appointment was and my mum told them and she told them my name as well they told us to sit down so we sat down and felt like we were being judged by the 2 members of staff that were actually in there the floor was a mess boxes were all over the floor they then started whispering about us or about something one of them then went out the back and came back and asked my mum how old I was She said I was 12 and they said oh you have to be 16 to have treatements done with us and at this point I was really disappointed as we had driven all the way down and especially as I hadn't been well for a week and still wasn't feeling well I still put the effort in to get up and drive down there with my mum and go to Chloe's beauty bar that day thinking about it now the Sofas were uncomfortable no clients no staff and Didn't look nice at all I wouldn't have wanted my eyebrows done anyway they also could've asked how old I was on the phone when my mum booked and it doesn't say anything on the website really disappointed as I was looking forward to this

Booked in for hair and make up with my friend on Saturday. Started a little late but it was a very busy weekend for them and they had a bridal party in so wasn't really too fussed. I had a fantastic make up artist..I think her name was Leah. She made my eyes look beautiful! She created exactly what I wanted with shades that really complimented me and it lasted all day and night!
I then had my hair styled in an updo by a lovely girl whose name I didnt get. She had long dark plaited hair on Saturday?! She literally worked a miracle on my fine and broken off hair...again she created something amazing and made my hair look beautiful, it lasted all day and night until I went to bed and had to sadly take it out!
Thank you girls! Great staff and very friendly!

I wouldnt even give it one star, arrived for an appointment for my daughters birthday treat. 20 minutes late they started her nails as they had spent previous 20 minutes sorting themselves out. After being there an hour and 30 minutes got offered a drink the place is filthy the staff are rude. My daughter had her hair curled by the time we git to the car no curls!!!!!! Dont waste your money

Booked hair up-do and makeup package well in advance only to receive an email two days beforehand in horrific ‘text message’ English to say that the girl who had booked me in had messed up and the stylist couldn’t do up-do hair.
