On both occasions that I’ve been to this nail shop I’ve been disappointed. Firstly they used a mechanical nail file to take the gel polish I had on my toes off and secondly they painted my nails terribly. Which has since caused my nails to split and brake ruining my toe nails. Secondly we I had said the file was too hot and hurting my toes the old woman doing my nails tutted and rolled her eyes at me. I gave the shop a second chance but after the poor and disgusting attitude of the staff I will not be returning there or recommending it to any one else. The staff are not friendly at all they all look so miserable and unhappy and I felt like they didn’t care about my nail care they just wanted to get me in and out so they could take my money and move on to the next customer. Personally I wouldn’t have given this place 1 star because they don’t even deserve that at all, poor customer service, lack of nail care for customers and just generally an uncomfortable place to be. Went here again the second time while in town with my mom yesterday. The Signature spa package for pedis was fantastic. And the price was unbelievable... I paid $59 for $35 pedi, $14 for eyes and lip wax, and a Mani for $10! This place was a steal! Gave 3 Stars because the girl that did my nails had an attitude with me when I asked her to clean the wax table and when had problems with my nails kept getting smudged. I've been to many salons so I know the routine fresh towels and new paper for your head. When I walked in she wanted me to lay on a bed that had dirty towels and the paper was used paper (can see the oils in the paper) and she didn't want to rip it off until I told her too. She used the paper to cover the nasty towels too instead of putting new down. Won't get a wax job there again! Read Less

My cousin brought me here to get my infills done while I was visiting family in Braintree and whenever I'm back I will always go see these guys for my nails, I live in south west London and the nail places near me are good but lack any customer service at least in passion they know who their customers are most by first name, the place is always clean, the customers chat to each other.. I had my nails done for a special occasion last week at a salon closer to my home and was very unhappy with the outcome gel polish peeling days after having them done. The tech did a terrible job cleaning off the polish from the previous visit. Didn't want to go back so I found V Nail Spa. The young lady that took care of me did a great job. She made sure all of the previous layers of gel polish was completely removed and there was alot. She made sure that my nails were clean and smooth. She even went out of her way to find multiple glitter colors to give me the effect on my nails that I had at the previous salon. They did not have the glitter garnet and gold that I had done specifically for my event. My nails look beautiful and ready for my event this weekend. Next time pedicure and manicure. Read Less

Horrible experience here. Came to just get my acrylic nails taken off and the whole time the lady complained about how much acrylic there was, like it was my fault. She kept trying to sell me a nail vitamin and mind you I'm pregnant so I kept declining. After being told one price I went to the counter to pay and they charged me more for "shaping and triming" my nails. My cuticles were all bloody and raw and my left hand hadn't even been filed, yet they were shaped and trimmed? Never coming back here.
