I had recently very negative experience with Signature Spa unfortunately, I was booked in to have a facial but my car broke down that morning and I called them to see if I can cancel my appointment, the lady who I spoke to said it’s absolutely fine and next time when I need to cancel with such a short notice I would have to pay for the treatment which I agreed on. Then few days later I got a phone call from this rather aggressive woman saying that I need to pay for my treatment,I explained to her that your colleague said I didn’t so we went back and forwards with the same thing many times she was saying that I had to pay for it even though I couldn’t attend the appointment and I was saying that I was told completely different few days ago and the lady who I spoke to few days ago wasn’t aware of the policy. Sadly that’s not my issue if the staff are not knowledgeable of their own policies and tell one day one thing and few days later another thing. If had been told on the day of appointment that I would have to pay for it anyway I would have taken a taxi there as it would have been still cheaper thn being charged for the appointment I couldn’t attend due to my car being broken down. So she continued being very one sided and persistent on the phone and made me pay for the appointment over the phone. I feel like this could have been dealt in so much better way and as it was then who messed me around they should have taken some responsibility for it but sadly not. Read Less
