I have been going to the silk lounge for years on and off, lily is great. I booked an appointment for today at 11.45am, to arrive and be told they had put it in for next week... could I then come back...
I have been going to the silk lounge for years on and off, lily is great. I booked an appointment for today at 11.45am, to arrive and be told they had put it in for next week... could I then come back at 12.30pm, which I did, then waited another 25 minutes sitting there to realise I would then get a car parking ticket... in the time it took me to try and find another place to park, walking in and out of the rain, I had to return to the same car park to realise I would get a ticket fine so then had to try and sort that... then they called me asking me to come back in another ten minutes... what a royal waste of my time! So two hours in total later, a parking ticket, wet hair, waiting and no nails done!! Great!! Organisation is really poor and it has really upset me...

Had chrome gel nails done by Kai - fantastic job and really pleased with them. Receptionist was very kind and chatty (and Kai too!). Will definitely be back.

I came to the silk lounge in need of help due to having had a full set of acrylics done at my home that were awful! The service I received in here was the best by far I have ever had! Kind and polite ...
I came to the silk lounge in need of help due to having had a full set of acrylics done at my home that were awful! The service I received in here was the best by far I have ever had! Kind and polite staff that talk during your session which is really nice! My nails were lovely when they were finished I was extremely happy and I can't wait to come back!!

A couple years ago I went into the silk lounge to get my eyebrows done before a party, they didn't have the basic equipment and managed to wax of the tail part of my eyebrow leaving a square of no hai...
A couple years ago I went into the silk lounge to get my eyebrows done before a party, they didn't have the basic equipment and managed to wax of the tail part of my eyebrow leaving a square of no hair, little apology as the lady said 'don't worry it's only a little bit' but it was a lot of hair missing thankfully I didn't pay for it!!!

Lovely place, excellent products, very nice staff, not overly expensive either, superb manicure pedicure services as well as makeup artist too!!

Fabulous pedicure, Emma was wonderful. We all had a good giggle too, instead of feeling on edge in a hoity-toity environment! Thanks ladies

Unfortunately after having had a bad experience with both lash extensions and gel nails on two separate occasions, I have to say I'd highly recommend against this salon. 😔

Had by nails done for the first time by Emma today and really happy with them. All filing done by hand and a lovely finish! Will definately be using Emma again.

I had gel nail polish which was supposed to last 2 weeks on natural nails but it chipped off after 2 days and because I could not get in for a repair within the week they would not even contemplate a ...
I had gel nail polish which was supposed to last 2 weeks on natural nails but it chipped off after 2 days and because I could not get in for a repair within the week they would not even contemplate a refund or money off another treatment so that money I spent was money down the drain, I won't be going there again....disgusted

Fantastic service as always. Friendly staff and great service all around. Carolina never fails to do a great job for my gel manicure. They always last at least 3 weeks so I come here at least every 3...
