Just come out with the worst set of nails I have ever had from there. Haven’t been in a while and now I can remember why. Tina and Dean on holiday so three people working a Saturday and telling people a 20 minute wait? More like 40. Seen two people walk out after waiting for so long. And also two people come back in for corrections. So not only did the ‘nail technician’ cut the sides of my fingers while filing, she was on the phone whilst painting them with gel. I kept having to say can you fix this, can you file here. I am not even that fussy but for 28 quid you expect a nice set of acrylics with gel that goes all the way down to bottom of the nail bed and the top coat shouldn’t start half way up. I had to file the nails myself at the end after asking for a nail file. The edges of my nails have blobs of gel colour underneath and the top coat all the way down the side of my fingers. I might have well have dipped my finger tips in PVA glue, same effect. No one offered me the gel colour book when I walked in and the nail technician also moaned that I hadn’t picked a colour during the wait. Yes it was a long enough wait but my crystal ball was at home, don’t know where the gel colour samples book is kept. Worst nail shop experience I have had in a long time. Unless you are local and go twice a month then I really wouldn’t bother. I shouldn’t have paid but reluctantly did. Read Less
