Very disappointing salon. The last few times I have gone in, I have always been rushed thru to be able to get to the next customer. I understand that you want to capture as much business as possible but I spent $30 on a pedicure where I spent more time in the pedicure chair drinking water than I did actually getting a pedicure. The tech didnt even sit down during my pedicure. Ill continue going to my regular salon even though this wouldve been a very convenient location.

Visiting from out of town, stumbled onto this salon. Highly recommend. Very pleased with the service (gel manicure) I got.

Love this place. Bella & Tree do great works, although, every technician that I've had has done a wonderful job on my nails and I'm very persnickety about them. Everyone is friendly and polite. They also have a great selection of colors with a 2 week no-chipping on gel polish guarantee.

Always good service. Never had a problem, specially thankful today as I broke two nails in tedious places where They can't be cut and fixed easily as it's was mid way through my nail in the skin (i have gel) I walked in and they offered to fix them right away, having to take off my gel polish, and then do 3 coats of powder where the breakage was and then go through all the gel polish process to save my nails. Because it was within my 2 week period, they charged me nothing! (Needles to say I left a good tip for my nail tech guy bc he didn't rush me and fixed them properly) honestly Idk where else you would get this amazing costumer service. This is why I keep going back

I've been coming to this place for over 5 years! I love the champagne/mimosa/white wine on arrival. The prices are very reasonable and the cash discount is such a perk. Their 2 week guarantee on gel manicures makes me feel confident. I don't believe any other salon offers this. The best is when Essie comes and sits on your lap while you get a pedicure! 5 stars. I love this place!

Enchanted Nails and Spa is the best for all nail care and waxing in the Adam's Morgan area hands-down and it is family owned and operated. When I first moved to DC 8 years ago, I tried 4 different spots before luckily finding ENS. I have been going there for years, and I am never disappointed. The folks who work there are very accomodating, friendly, and take their time to make sure my service is perfect. Additionally, how can you not like a place that brings you mimosas?! Thank you ENS!

Very disappointing salon. The last few times I have gone in, I have always been rushed thru to be able to get to the next customer. I understand that you want to capture as much business as possible but I spent $30 on a pedicure where I spent more time in the pedicure chair drinking water than I did actually getting a pedicure.
