I noticed there was only one review from someone who unfortunately didn't get to experience the amazing work ethic and professionalism that I did. John did my pedicure and manicure and I have to say it's the best pedicure I've ever had. He also showed extreme patience after he had just finished my manicure and I stubbed both my thumbs! I felt so bad but he simply removed the nail varnish and redid them with courteous politeness. What a waste of my time !! I contacted the salon in the morning to make an appointment yesterday and consult if they can remove gel nails extentions, I was confirmed they will do it without a problem ( spoke to a male salon worker) so that afternoon I went up there on time and to my surprise I was told (by a female worker) that they are not dealing with gel nail extrentions at all, can't do it !?? I had very limited time that day, no other appointments were available in such a short notice and I needed it to get it done a.s.a.p as one nail was cracked and caused me pain/discomfort, she didn't even try to appologise or find out why I was given wrong information, solve it in any way. I felt uneasy as there were few spectators/clients watching us, I just turned around and left absolutely gobsmacked !Very poor customer service and no remorse at all.! It's a shame, as they potentially lost a regular client. Please train your staff /family member whoever is dealing with your customers .Read Less
