Would give no stars if I could.
Not only are all my nails different lengths, but they’re also all wonkey. I was charged extra for coffin nails.

Would give no stars if I could.
Not only are all my nails different lengths, but they’re also all wonkey. I was charged extra for coffin nails.
After 2 coats of paint you could see every single brush stroke on my nails, when I complained about this the man tried to blame it on me for picking the colour. He then applied more coats of paint which actually made them look even worse.
I then asked for some money back as my nails looked so awful i couldn’t face paying £25 for them when I would have to go somewhere else and pay to get them fixed and then I was shouted at by a lady staff member and spoken very rudely to by a male member of staff who informed me that refunds were not issue very rudely.
Who then said I had to sit down so they could take them off, I had to be at work in 30 minutes as they had taken nearly an hour and 40 minutes. Otherwise I would of happily sat and let them take these awful nails off me.
I’m now going to have to go somewhere else and pay out for these to be removed and to get a new set before my holiday.
Was left feeling so intimidated and angry after leaving today. I will never be going back to this awful place and highly recommend that no one else does either.

I always come here for a pedicure .. staff are very lovely. I had a lovely relaxing pedi this morning with a lovely cup of tea. Would definitely recommend

No problems . Staff are staff straight forward and to the point. Got free massage , offered drinks . Very enjoyable.

we arrived, staff were rude and distant.
asked for a certain colour, was NOT the colour I got.
asked for a certain design, my 3 year old niece could have done a better job.

Asked for a certain shape, couldn't understand what i wanted or just didn't care what i wanted...
they hurt my nails, dug there nails into my fingers.
The nails were lumpy, they were all different to the other fingers and some were longer then the others.
I went home and came to the decision that I really couldn't look at them anymore, they were really bad.
I live in southend and when I called up to say that i was really not happy with my nails and that £65 pound is a lot to pay for something that i dont like and really are not good at all i got told to come back and get them redone, that is something I wasn't able to do and to be honest I didn't want to get them re done by them because they were so bad the first time.
I asked for my money back and the reply that I got was 'OK bye' and she put the phone down on me.
Absolutely disgusting. Will never be going back and i strongly advise not to go there, i know many people who have had the same experience.

Extremely rude staff. Nails were rushed and do not look nice - lady was on her phone while painting them. Won’t be going back.

Came here for a pedicure, and it was great, fantastic nail designs for holidays, and one nail was acrylic which was reliable as it stayed on for a long time. My only criticism is the awkward atmospher...
Came here for a pedicure, and it was great, fantastic nail designs for holidays, and one nail was acrylic which was reliable as it stayed on for a long time. My only criticism is the awkward atmosphere from the staff. Not very friendly, and she made it very clear she did not want to talk to me. Other than that what I paid for was great.
