I went and got extensions done i asked for gels and where I wasnt to sure what to have they decided to take advantage of me.I asked on the wns to have white tips they charged me 38 quid.she was so rou...
I went and got extensions done i asked for gels and where I wasnt to sure what to have they decided to take advantage of me.I asked on the wns to have white tips they charged me 38 quid.she was so rough with my hands squeeZing my fingers hard to the point it hurt me. when the white tips was painted on she got my hand and shoved it in the dryer which I pulled my hand out straight away and the tips got smudged and she has the audacity to get annoyed at me.and ended up finding out from a mate that my nails was acrylic.so i got charged for gel and didn't get it.They are so rude I advise everyone not to get there nails done here go to sunrise nails they are polite and friendly and know what they are doing and theyll give u what u ask for

Been here a couple of times before and I’ve noticed staff being rude to customers previously however when I visited a few weeks ago one lady in particular was extremely rude to myself ... I simply ask...
Been here a couple of times before and I’ve noticed staff being rude to customers previously however when I visited a few weeks ago one lady in particular was extremely rude to myself ... I simply asked to make sure all the paint was taken off my nails and she had a go at me saying ‘I KNOW I CAN SEE, I AM NOT BLIND!!’ Then started whinging away in their own language but blatantly talking about me. I was so taken aback as it was really unnecessary and it made the rest of the treatment really uncomfortable. Definitely will not be going back and would recommend to everyone not to go there... do not waste your money!

Came in Sunday 25th February... Not really had an issue before but today quite rude and unpleasant visit... Both ladies that served me were not very helpful or polite wouldn't make conversation which ...
Came in Sunday 25th February... Not really had an issue before but today quite rude and unpleasant visit... Both ladies that served me were not very helpful or polite wouldn't make conversation which I can appreciate but not even passing the time of day.. Quick enough to take my money for nails before even finished and then didn't add a pattern asked for at the start cheek to then charge extra £2 for 2 seconds work.. I would have normally left a tip but not today sorry

This place is horrible, the lady was so rude. And she didn't push my cuticles back got my nails done on Tuesday and its Saturday and most of the nails are coming off. I don't recommend this place its ...
This place is horrible, the lady was so rude. And she didn't push my cuticles back got my nails done on Tuesday and its Saturday and most of the nails are coming off. I don't recommend this place its bad for £25.FIX UP

Awful staff, getting my nails done was so painful as the woman who done them was so aggresssive - will never be going back there again. Uneven shaped nails & also different lengths - terrible business...
Awful staff, getting my nails done was so painful as the woman who done them was so aggresssive - will never be going back there again. Uneven shaped nails & also different lengths - terrible business.
I asked for them shorter & she got annoyed with me, yet I'm the one paying here.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

I asked for them shorter & she got annoyed with me, yet I'm the one paying here.
