So my boyfriend bought me a gift card for Christmas and through the hustle and bustle of the kids and wrapping paper and relatives coming over some how the gift card is lost somewhere. I am so disappointed and I feel like crap that he bought me a gift and I cant even use it. So I keep thinking and I think maybe I could call Polish Nails and see if they keep track of thier sales since my boyfriend bought the gift card with his credit card and the gentlemen I spoke to said yes they do keep track of sales. I start to feel hopeful that I may be able to actually use the gift card. But then the gentlemen tells me that even though he can look up and prove that he bought the gift card and the amount he bought it in that I cannot get service without the card. So disappointed. My nails stay on ages and the polish is resilient, the choice of colours and designs is amazing. I don't usually leave reviews but this establishment deserves it! As a former nail tech, I'm EXTREMELY picky on where I choose to get my pedicures, waxing etc.. but I was hooked from the first visit! They are clean, professional and always aim to please! They have a customer for as long as they keep their doors open! Read Less

Been going to Top nails since Aug 2016 but my own nails had grown so wanted to take the acrylic overlay off. On the way home, broke 2 of my nails right at the bottom because they were really soft and thin. Read Less

I love this nail salon! I have been going here for about 3 years now and I will not go anywhere else! Not only do they do an amazing job and take their time, but the people are so nice, the salon is always clean, they use new files and sterilized tools on each person and the best part is the environment is relaxing and exactly what you need after a hard week. When I moved to Maryland 3 years ago, my sister told me that the owners of polished nails were opening their own shop and that she wanted to support them. Since then I go regularly to Polished nails for a mani/pedi and eyebrows. I remember one day I came, they ran the water to begin my pedicure and then two middle aged white women came in proudly saying they made an appointment earlier that day. In the middle of my beginning my pedi, they stopped what they were doing and bega...n to sit the other ladies down and work on their manicures. The water turned cold while waiting for my pedicure and the only thing they could do was smile and say was we'll be with you shortly. Being as though I'm usually a walk in customer, I understood and just asked for warmer water. Fast forward to today, I requested an appointment at 6 for my sister and I, but they told me to come at 6:30. Upon our arrival Sean told us it would be an hour, and I told him we made an appointment with Lindsey for 6:30. When Lindsey came to the front, Sean said something to her in their language, but never said a word to us; not even a sorry or it will be a while. We waited for 10 more minutes and then decided to leave. I'm very disappointed. I come once a month to Polished nails as a loyal customer. So I would consider this as a bill that I pay regularly; including a tip. It is not so much the wait, but the fact that they had nothing to say to us after we did what they asked us to do. I'm sure their business will thrive, but not with my money contributing to their business anymore. Please remember my dollars spend just like everyone else'.
