yesterday was my first time trying out nail fairy and although i was seen quickly and efficiently with it being the christmas period I left not feeling fully satisfied. The first technician i had was lovely and was full of conversation however the second woman i was sent to was rude and when i asked for help to try and find the colour in which i wanted she provided me with no help at all and instead was pointing over to the nail colours in which she had already instructed but provided me with no help Read Less

Absolutely terrible had a full set done on Friday could tell they were way to thin one snapped on Wednesday so went back for them to replace it the colour didn't match and it was shellac colour yet she didn't use lamp or put the final coat on just a clear varnish they were rude wouldn't recommend to anyone.. used to go couple of years ago stopped going because they were rude and nothing has changed.. vile place ...., Read Less

I popped in about 6 months ago for a set of acrylics, really pleased with the finished nails, not much chatting but i dont mind that as i go for nails not chatting. Fantastic choice of nail polish colours. Prices very good for city centre. Read Less

Went in with my two sisters for full set of acrylics each. The woman didnt even take off the existing nail varnish properly. Filed our own nails down to pretty much nothing. Acryllic was so thick on the nail. Bits in the nail varnish leaving black dots all over the nails. Polish didnt even cover the whole nail. A job half done. Had to go home and reshape, file and paint them again. Wont be going there again. The nail fairy did not deliver. Read Less

Very disappointed I went today for the fourth time. It's a bit like a lottery who you get when u walk in as I've found the work different quality each time. I wanted my nails painted for Xmas because I know there is a pretty large language barrier I showed the nail tech a photo I had on my phone of candy cane pattern nails she said yes and I sat down. She seemed to be taking much longer than previous visits and another person kept coming over to help her so I assume she was a... trainee after been in there for a long time she told me she was done I was extremely disappointed as I went away with plain white tips nothing close to the picture I had shown her of red and white striped nails Which I just cannot understand how a picture got lost in translation ! I did not bother saying anything as I had been there so long already I couldn't be bothered to stay there any longer. Well i have just had my first Nail Fairy experience. I have read good and bad reviews on this nail salon but decided to try it out for myself. I guess we all look for different experiences but I thought it was great!!! As soon as i walked through the door i was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They may not speak much English but at times its quite nice not having to make small talk and just get the job done. Also lets face it do we go to the effort of learning their language...NO!!! I have had my nails done for over 10 years and have never seen anyone do them so quickly. The lady did a fabulous job and i will definitely be going back. They are hard workers which is more than i can say for English workers who spend half the time talking to their colleagues instead of the customer. We have grown into a nation of moaning lazy people and its nice to be able to give someone credit were its due. WELL DONE NAIL FAIRY KEEP IT UP.Read Less
