I have gone here for years. However the last year has seen a vast decline in quality and service. Different staff obviously in training doing the job but this is not reflected in the cost. The last 3 times ive had to take the nails off myself as they were shocking. The attitude of the man in charge has also gone down hill. Shame but ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

Iv been going to New York nails for years. It’s totally gone down hill. The last 3 times Iv been I had exactly the same thing done but got charged 3 different prices it changes price with different people one staff member put my money straight in his pocket.
I took my 4 year old with me for a treat not only did they charge £12 for her to have her nails painted they never spoke one work to her and pulled in her arms just horrible.
It also needs a good clean if you get a eye brow wax your literally sat next to used old wax strips.
I WONT BE RETURNING

No idea why this is coming up with my husbands name but I am Jayne and I used to go to one near me and they charged upwards of £60 for a full set and upwards of £30 for infill - my friend uses New Yor...
No idea why this is coming up with my husbands name but I am Jayne and I used to go to one near me and they charged upwards of £60 for a full set and upwards of £30 for infill - my friend uses New York Nails so i tried it a few months ago - i like the fact that it takes less than an hour to do them (provided you hit it right). It cost me £30 for a full set and £23 for infill - I have had my nails last upwards of 3 weeks with the only issue being the normal nail growth. Those that have said their nails come off within a few mins must have done something to warrant this - If you have acrylic like i do they are definitely not easy to remove. Thanks ladies for a great speedy job = the pics are today - i had these done on 3rd March

Rushed and unfinished and less then 8 hrs later one nail peeled completely off. Paid £23.00 and for less then 30mins and peeling off. They might as well open a drive through window. Never again.

Went there few times and I'm disappointed 😔 My nails seem to always fall off after few days! Also The Lady she is very rude.

My nails look fabulous BUT don't like having my nails filed with a machine as it leaves my nails thinner which weakens them. Didn't think it deserved a lower mark though

I have gone here for years. However the last year has seen a vast decline in quality and service. Different staff obviously in training doing the job but this is not reflected in the cost.
