I do not get my nails done very often because i do hair and its hard to braid with nails but i decided to treat myself. I went to this shop to just get a regular full set. Last time i got my nails done (at a different shop) they cut my fingers all up and i was in pain for days. This shop did not cut my fingers up than god it was a painless experience. BUT it has only been about a wee and a half and one of my nails broke all the way down to my natural nail and i didnt even feel it when it happened which is how i know they weren't done very well. In addition to that 3 of my other nails have cracks in them and if i dont soak them i will definitely get bacteria growing within the cracks. My thumb is the worst its halfway crack down to the middle of my natural nail. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HORRIBLE JOB!!

This is my go to salon. I've always loved this salon. Unfortunately I'm picky about my nail, and fortunately Sky always does a phenomenal job. Love love love Envision!

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I can say that yesterday was my last visit. I received the worst pedicure of my life. I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it only lasted for about twenty minutes. Also, the lady did a terrible job painting my toes--so much so that I am getting them repainted. When I asked for a design, she told me she didn't know how to do any. The pictures they post of nails are only done by one or two people there. Used to be my go-to place, now I will find somewhere else.

Very disatisfied with our expierence. Scheduled 3 pedicures, 3 days in advance, for 10am - requested side-by-side. When we arrived, not one technician was available. In the end, we waited 30 minutes to begin our services, only 2 of the 3 of us received services. Very poor customer service and very unapologetic. Will not return.

My daughter and I went for a ManiPedi and loved it here. Very clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the fact that they did the manicure first, then the pedicure. Nails can fully dry while you're getting your pedicure, unlike other nail salons where they do your manicure last and you're left leaving the place with semi dry nails. This will definitely be our regular spot for our nails.

If you come here planning to get the designs they advertise, Don't bet on it. Apparently nobody works that's able to do these except one person and you must schedule appointment. I'm disgusted after giving them my money for the last 4 months with the way I was treated today. I won't be back.

I do not get my nails done very often because i do hair and its hard to braid with nails but i decided to treat myself. I went to this shop to just get a regular full set. Last time i got my nails done (at a different shop) they cut my fingers all up and i was in pain for days. This shop did not cut my fingers up than god it was a painless experience. BUT it has only been about a wee and a half and one of my nails broke all the way down to my natural nail and i didnt even feel it when it happened which is how i know they weren't done very well. In addition to that 3 of my other nails have cracks in them and if i dont soak them i will definitely get bacteria growing within the cracks. My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I can say that yesterday was my last visit. I received the worst pedicure of my life. I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it only lasted for about twenty minutes. Also, the lady did a terrible job painting my toes--so much so that I am getting them repainted. My daughter and I went for a ManiPedi and loved it here. Very clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the fact that they did the manicure first, then the pedicure.
