I’ve been using Sessions for a number of years but today I went for my hair cut and had a lovely experience. Very friendly reception staff, and then the lady who cut my hair, Paige, deserves particular mention. I wanted quite a big change to my hair, going from longish hair to a pixie cut and Paige was great in giving me advice and being honest about what would suit me and I loved that. I’d always want the person cutting my hair to be honest about what might suit me and what wouldn’t. She was really helpful and lovely throughout and she did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I visited the salon yesterday for the first time. My senior stylist Hannah was friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice on how to colour and style my hair. Other staff were great too, frequently offering me hot and cold drinks etc. The salon itself is beautiful inside, there are massage chairs at the sinks and I really felt pampered. I'll definitely be re-booking, and will be paying a visit to the spa at some point too! 😊 Read Less

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Lydia and Sarah ! Two weeks ago I called to buy a spa voucher for my mum as a surprise gift. I spoke to Lydia who organised this for me and she informed me it would be in the post that day recorded delivery to my mums address. The voucher never turned up so I called back to check what had happened and Lydia informed me it was sent but The Royal Mail had failed to post it ! I live in Australia so Lydia took the time to email all the tra...cking details and poof that she had sent it and keep me up to date with what was happening. Sarah and Lydia then organised to have the voucher hand delivered to my mum presented beautifully in a box with lavender ! I cannot thank you enough for going over and above to have the gift delivered. Having used the spa for massages for 3 years or so now I cannot think of a complaint about the facilities, treatments or staff I've come into contact with! I've been to many spas & beauty salons for different massages & treatments and cannot find one to top Sessions Spa, worth every penny providing the girls get a fair share of the price (recent article) as admittedly it isn't the cheapest, but I understand "good work ain't cheap". Have had a different therapist most times but always been fab & attended to my needs with in depth consultation included before every massage. Had a half day spa yesterday with Sarah & she was just fab! Had a chill in the relaxation room, followed by green tea & a steam room before an ESPA facial & full body massage, literally is heaven & I didn't want to leave!! 😌 Read Less

Made to feel extremely welcome after being nervous after other bad haircuts. Listened carefully to what I wanted, looked at photos and talked through ideas. I have been coming to sessions since it opened and during that time have been lucky enough to try many of the treatments and visit the salon every 6 weeks. The staff are fantastic and unlike some spas they are a perfect mix of friendly and professional. You won't be disappointed XRead Less
