I wouldn't even give this beauty salon a 1 star, but it wouldn't let me write a review without having a 1 star. The staff here have zero incompetency - and then they questioned my integrity in front of another customer. I had booked for a spray tan and eye lash tint, but had to cancel the spray tan as I couldn't fit them both in. I visited the salon after making an e-mail appointment online via their website as I hadn't been there before. I then visited the salon the next day to confirm my booking, to which I was given a skin test for the spray tan. I did not get told I needed anything for an eyelash tint. The patch test for the spray tan was on my elbow. Upon my appointment day I entered the salon to be told that I couldn't have my treatment because I hadn't had a skin test for my eyes, that I was pretty much lying about having the skin test for my spray tan and when asked who had performed the spray tan skin test, I pointed out the worker who had applied it, to be told she hadn't (probably to save face infront of her co-workers), because apparently they only do them behind the ear, when I had mine on my elbow. I have never felt so humiliated in my whole life! I should have also signed a for for both skin tests... I would never visit here again and I would not recommend to any family or friends.
