Although there is a language barrier, they are very friendly and always try and accommodate me even if they are clearly busy. I love the massage chair. The other day I had my gels done plus a pedicure in the massage chair - it all took under an hour but felt like I'd just had a spa day at a very good price!! I really like this place. No fuss, but they do a great job. I've got my first set of acrylics there and they did a perfect job. The only thing is once in a while you get someone who isn't quite good at it than the previous one, so you get in super excited and you come out trying to fix a shellac manicure you paid 25£ for. My last shellac wasn't that well done and is already chipped. They also don't do any cleaning of cuticles or anything. It's very basic. But it is what it is for the price. I'll still go back.
