The most awful place imaginable, had a terrible experience with them. I had my eyebrows waxed and the woman spilt hot wax into my eye. They did not give me any medical treatment, my eyes were stuck together and I was in a terrible state. I had to go to the hospital after to get treatment. At first the manager didn't want to know but when I did eventually speak to him over the phone he offered to do my nails free. I braved going back a few weeks after to get my nails done but halfway through he came over and said he was only going to give me £10 off. To cut a long story short, him and half his staff were shouting at me in a foreign language and made me feel terrible, in the end they did my nails but he told me I was not welcome in his shop again. Absolutely amazing I had the guy doing mine I thought they were grey coming in on Tuesday to get mine done if not to busy but my acrylic nails where great mine stayed on for 2 weeks and were amazing I am so impressed with the nail fairy and really recommend it Read Less
