Had my nails done on the 9th February 2018, had to return the same day as I realised that a top coat had not been applied. On Wednesday 14th February the polish came off one of the nails went back and they rectified it straight away (10 perfect nails again), on Thursday 15th February the polish came off yet another one of the nails again went back and it was rectified straight away. On the evening of Saturday 17th February yet another nail lost its polish, on Monday 19th went in to get this one repainted only to be told that there were no slots for this to be done, which I found confusing as I did not mind waiting as I know that it would only take about 5 minutes. I am now walking around with only 9 nails polished until my next appointment at the end of the month. Based on this last visit I cannot recommend this salon for treatments. Read Less

This was my first visit to Essential Beauty and I loved it! I had an amazing pedicure with Gabriella. It was as so relaxing and she was so neat with painting my nails- they are PERFECT! Really loved my first gel nail experience, really professional and friendly staff, also helped me to match my perfect bare minerals foundation I am really pleased with everything, except one thing - it is really hard to get an appointment because it's so fully booked all the time it shows how good the salon is, but I will keep trying to book in. I had an amazing Elemis Pregnancy Massage with the lovely Becky. It was very relaxing, the oils made my skin feel great and I just felt wonderful by the end of my treatment.
