Love this nail place. Very friendly always get you in. I'm a hairdresser so my hands in water most the day and being bashed about. I've never had one fall off or any problems. I just went in for a manicure and definitely will not be going back. The young man, Diana's son, was nice, but didn't seem overly confident. A few things really bothered me: First, he used the drill to remove the bits of glitter ... and I was wearing normal polish, not gel! Lazy and damaging to my nails. He then filed my nails using a really coarse file. I asked if he had anything gentler, but he didn't, and said something about it saving time. I just saw my nails tearing across the top. Again, saving time at the cost of my nails. He painted them well and was pleasant enough but I still will avoid Diana's in the future. Read Less

After recieving very poor unprofessional service I posted a picture of my daughters nails on this page yesterday and some negative feedback only to see they have both been removed.. if your not happy with the pictures or coments then do your job to a high standard that customers pay for or your be loosing a lot of business...its ur reputation that makes you. First time visiting this salon and certainly my last! First of all the technicians speak in their native language to their colleagues and blank you out. Secondly the technician couldn't even do their own designs out of their books so now all my nails are different. Thirdly one of the colleagues was just playing on their phone the whole time and didn't speak any English. Nor do they show or tell you prices or what cost extra! Just tell you the price at the end. And WORST of al...l I had to sit and listen to this man shout and abuse this lovely young lady, simply because he hadn't asked what shape she wanted her nails and said it was her fault. Also demanded she pay before they finished the job, so he started kicking off, left and came back to argue some more! Said that they make everyone pay before it is done, yet they didn't make me pay till the end! Also the lady took my wallet out my bag and took the money out my wallet without permission! On my second visit requiring Infills I was showed to my seat quickly where the technician spoke to his colleague in his native tongue the whole way through my consultation 6 days after my Infills I noticed a couple had cracked and some corners had bubbled up despite me taking care of them. I called the salon where I was told to come the next day do they could see them. When I got there and explains what has happened I was met by the same technician that did my Infills, who p...roceeded to start yelling at me in front of customers saying it's not his fault and it was mine as I hadn't looked after them. I asked him to rectify this, but he said I'd have to pay full price. A lady who was waiting to speak to someone had the same problem and explained only to also be yelled at. I asked him not to yell and that his customers should come first. He said we were " bullying" him... We just wanted for him to rectify his atrocious shoddy workmanship or refund. No such luck, he just called the police saying we wouldn't leave! A bit drastic I thought, but will be speaking to the manager next week( as she wasn't there ) I urge you NOT to bother with this parlour. Highly unprofessional and have zero customer care skills. I love this shop! Actually can't believe the negative comments I've read !?omg Really??? Used diana's since the week it opened after nearly 20years of nail extentions and a qualified nail technician myself I can promise anyone considering using diana's. this nail shop is clean, sanitised, professional and hard working to meet your needs. Actually upset at any bad reviews. These guys work there asses off! Have some respect people. Very poor nails done here. I have now had them done twice, the first time I was very happy and charged a reasonable price for shellac however, I went for the second time yesterday and was charged £37 to have manicure, old shallac removed and new shallac applied. The shallac 12 hours after having it done has got a hole in the middle and is peeling at the sides. Waste of time and money. To make the experience worse the nail tech was on her phone most of the time she was doing my nails. Very messy job and left my nails looking ugly. Read Less

On the second time of getting my infills done I have been left disappointed with the service given. Got my nails done on a Thursday & polish started to chip by the Saturday & acrylic had bubbled on some on the nails. Due to working, shop being closed over Easter weekend & manager not being there my nails could not been seen till the Wednesday by an unhelpful member of staff. Despite being told to come in on that day by the manager she was not there. I was told by the memeber... of staff because it was not shellac polish I should expect for it to come off. Ridiculous, why are they using polish that only lasts up to a few days? I spoke with the manager as I wasted my time coming to the shop when she was not there. She apologised for this & offered to do the polish again or a discount next time I have infill done. I asked for the infill to be done free of charge for all the hassle involved. Them chipping early, the acrylic bubbling, wasting my time coming in when told to & not being there plus a rude & unhelpful memeber of staff.
