The owners and staff are polite, professional and friendly in my experience. I've been going to JP Nails regularly over the past few years and they've always done a good job with my gel nails. My experience was awful I got my nails done for hoilday last week and they lasted 2 days it's ruined my hoilday it cost me 30 pound and I went in there today too he shouted at and the women shouting in my face saying I'm not getting refund or anything.
