I ignored all the bad reviews and went anyway - don’t. Went in with long, natural, healthy shellac nails I’ve been getting done for a few months elsewhere, the guy was chatting to his friend while using the machine to file the shellac off to redo them and it slipped and chopped the end of my nail. He then filed all the rest down to stumps to match it despite my saying not to. Felt awkward, paid £20 anyway then regretted it turned back and stood arguing with them for about 20 mins where he lied and said he had warned me that might happen beforehand (nope) and that I had come in with rounded weak nails (they were square) so it was my fault. I am a qualified nail tech so I know the procedures which should be carried out while applying acrylic nails, what to do and what not to do. I popped in to get my nails done as I was in a rush and needed them done for the following day, place looked nice, clean and staff seemed friendly. The girl who done my nails didn't file and blend the white tips so I was left with a white line (showing the false nail extension) I got a light colour polish so the line was visible after my nails had been 'done' the girl doing my nails didn't file acrylic down once applied so my nails were lumpy and looked awful! She also applied the gel polish over the lumpy acrylic and then didn't even file or shape my nails. I left the nail salon with lumps of acrylic stuck to my nails and was charged £33! Absolute joke.
