This was the worst hair appointment I've ever had in my entire life. First, I asked to go completely blonde (which I already paid for) but instead I got highlights. I look like a rejected Brittany spears. Second, they kept asking me if I wasn't something extra for blah blah amount, and I kept saying "no I dot have any extra money". Third, THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS they blow dried my gah and charged me £22 more for it. I had to wait Hal an hour for my dad to come and pay a ridiculous amount of money for hot air.
