I have been coming here for some time now getting my nails done and everytime i get something different and i am never failed its always amazing work and they stay on for weeks when i say weeks my last set was on for 6 weeks no chips or anything...i love this place deserves more than 5 stars the lady in there is brilliant with nail art free hand!!! Got my nails done today after being a USA NAIL faithful I'd lost confidence in usa as the staff seemed to change so did the product nd customer service anyways if been thing of visiting UK NAILS ND DESIGN for a while then on a friends recommendation I popped in on the chance of be squeezed in ... luckily it wasn't busy as it was the end of the day, nd I have to say I really like not only the salon but the product feels comfortable (acrylics) the owner nd her husband were friendly her free hand work is lovely I will be back thanx Read Less

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for a few months now and love it!My daughter uses a wheelchair and can't use her hands very well but she has had all members of staff do her shellac and they're very patient and gentle and always making sure she is okay. The shop is often busy when we go but the staff work fast and we never wait long. There is so much choice of colour and designs and although staff work quickly they are perfectionists and always do a great job. We go every fortnight and I have my acrylics infilled and my daughter has her shellac redone. We could wait longer between visits but we enjoy going. The seats are really comfortable as is the waiting area and there's always good music! Read Less

Previously I've gave this salon a 5 star rating, myself and my daughter get our nails done here every 3 weeks,,but my experience today has to be the worst nail salon experience EVER!!! I Felt rushed and pressed into choosing my nail colour as I didn't get given enough time to look properly at all the different designs, Then the very RUDE man started doing my nails and carried on regardless even though he knew i didn't know exactly what I wanted my nails like,,, this resulti...ng on me not being able to get exactly what I was wanting and had to choose something else!!! Then got made to feel like it was a BIG!! problem when I asked if I could get some diamonds on one finger on each hand,,,,, With the look on his face you would've thought I asked to have a shit in his mouth!!!!! Then to add fuel to the fire as they don't have a card machine to pay and I was short, I asked to nip directly across the road to use the Bank he totally humiliated me and asked me to leave my handbag as if I was going to do a bunk!!!! The very cheek!!! I've Never felt so embarrassed in my life!!!! And definitely WONT BE BACK!!! Had my nails and toes done on friday. Just a gel polish. nails were rushed. Cuticals wernt pushed back and trimmed, they did not file my nails so some are uneven, i only got 1 coat of gel on them so my nails are very soft and bendy.there was more polish on the skin rpund my toenails than the actual nail. Iv always had 2 coats then a top coat and they last for a while. They have already started chipping at the ends. One chipped by the sunday morning. Shop was not busy so no need whatsoever to rush them.Was charged £33 wont recommend and wont be back!!! Read Less

Went here today to get my nails done for my holiday and was absolutely disappointed with the way they were so I told them and they said they couldn't do anything about it which I had to pay £25 for! So I then asked if they could take them off and got told no and had to go to another shop and pay another £30 to get them took off and done properly again so I definitely won't be back. Read Less

Would highly recommend had my nails done be else where and it felt like bricks on them. Getting my nails done at UK nails are brilliant doesn't feel like i have any on and look so like my own nails. Staff are so lovely and Mary is just a was darling. 💖 Read Less
