Had an express manicure CND Vinylux and I got the bottle to take away as part of my pedicure package. It didn’t even last 48 hours - hands AND feet. Unacceptable. Owner’s response was for me to take the time to send photos. Said problem could be the health of my natural nail, how heavy handed I am and how I care for my nails. Quite insulting really. She also said she expected some wear and tear in less than 48 hours. I’m not a nail technician but I was shocked at that. I believe the product was sub standard. I was asked to choose a display bottle in the window. Was it old or damaged by the sunlight? That’s more likely. To rectify the issue I was offered 2 appointments during the day (they know I work so that wasn’t possible). Next offered was 10.30 at night! I ask you! Final offer was a call at 8pm to go there and then. Again, unsuitable. I gave the varnish to a friend to try who also had it chip within 24 hours.
I’ve been happy with the salon’s services for years. Especially massages. So this is extremely disappointing. Owner called to say she acknowledged I chose not to use them again. There are plenty of other salons but she must be doing very well to not care about losing a loyal customer who’s always given good reviews. Shockingly poor customer service.

Well, I claimed my prize of a facial yesterday. Before yesterday, I probably wouldn’t have booked a facial for myself, however after my treatment I am now a firm fan! It was amazing, I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin felt terrific. Even better than that, two people have commented how well I’m looking! I will be making a facial a new regular on my to do list. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Mary Ann!

I would highly recommend her HD brows and her back massages but tbh i could happily recommend all her treatments x

Just had my 1st treatment of HD eyebrows with Maryann. I love them, they are lush. I usually hate having this treatment (think going to the dentist)but Maryann put me at ease and was so gentle. Been getting my HD Brows done and I absolutely love them! Having over plucked them for years, and within just three appointments the difference is AMAZING! Was a bit worried they'd end up looking like slugs (seen too many like that nowadays) but I love them so much, very natural! .. Maryann definitely knows what she's doing and she takes her time to do just what you want. Thank you so much!

Had an express manicure CND Vinylux and I got the bottle to take away as part of my pedicure package. It didn’t even last 48 hours - hands AND feet. Unacceptable. Owner’s response was for me to take the time to send photos. Said problem could be the health of my natural nail, how heavy handed I am and how I care for my nails. Quite insulting really.
