I would just like to say the one star review is for the state of the premises and not the staff Christine and the girls were amazing today well done in the professional way you handled the situation. But to be there to have a treatment and be pampered getting my nails done. Then have to be left along with all the other clients in the shop while the therapists had to deal with a flood from the flat above where the water was pouring in through the ceiling like a waterfall was a... scandal. This happening not only while adults where having treatments but a children’s party arriving whilst this was going on beggars believe. The health and safety laws alone that were breached not to the mention the fire safety laws as the water was running through electrics. To make matters worse the management were aware off the problem as this was not the first time this had happened I think is atrocious. So I I would advise anyone booking an appointment to check if the tenants in the flat above plan to be doing a washing before then book to avoid this happening to them. Spent £36 for acrylics and gels plus eyebrow wax. I normally go elsewhere but as it was near Christmas I was only able to get an appointment at Bella mania I was told not to go as the acrylics would be bumpy but I didn't listen. When I went they were really nice asked me what shape I wanted, colour and the length of them. I asked for coffin shaped nails but ended up with oval shaped instead plus the person was allergic to the acrylics and to add to all of that they were not even painted right and they were lumpy. As for my eyebrows they didn't even shape them right and they missed bits!! I am doing hair and beauty at college and have been doing my nails since I was small so I have an idea of what they are to look like and that the nails are to last longer than what mine did!!! My wee girl got a kids pamper package on saturday..... sooooo DISAPPOINTED. her hair wasnt done properly. Half was still straight when it was meant to be crimped. Make up didnt look done and ONLY Got her nails done. No toe art or tattoo. Yet still charged the full price. We come to bella mani alot, but DEFO put off coming again after poor quality. Read Less

My daughter Tia had a pamper party with them. Can i just say how excellent they are. They went above and beyond for my girl & they are fantastic with the kids. Especially the 2 girls who did the treatments, yous are a credit to bella mani. First time having hollywood waxing done in here. 4 weeks ago with christine. Price was great. Christine was quick and thorough. Party lash extensions done, first impression was good look nice but after about 5 minutes, just out the door, realised there was fluff and hair through them stuck in the glue that was irritating my eyes, on trying to remove the fluff Carefully, i pulled out 4 individual lashes that weren't very secure in the first place as fell out so easily. The staff are friendly and professional and always make me feel at ease when I'm getting my intimate waxing done. The prices are very good too.
