Nails were put on at angle when I first got them done. Then one nail came off 2 days later (after repeatedly being told that they would last 2 weeks), I went back and had the nail fixed. Then 2 days later another 3 came off. Not even lasted 1 week, went back to ask for some money back or a full set and was shouted at telling me that "there was no guarantee that they would last more than 2 days". Not happy, wouldn't waste your money on this place.

Rachael did an excellent job cutting my hair. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend getting your hair cut here.

Had an appointment to get a microdermabrasion facial and it amazing, it was so soothing and refreshing. Skin felt clean and amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back to see Rachel again.

Amy is the AMAZING! The hair whisperer, master chemist, color extraordinaire et cetera. Do NOT complain about the time it takes! She does this to preserve the integrity of YOUR hair. So let's not bitch about the fact that she doesn't use 40+ developer to bump up the process and fry off 20% of your hair to speed things up. This is also why she charges more, you are paying for her time, skill and expertise....and to be honest time flies fast when your having fun. She has such ...a great personality and is such an open minded individual. Additionally, if you are getting balayage or ombré and are staying close to your natural color you can go several months without a touchup. So the cost evens out when you compare it to your monthly touch up and tone costs for most color services. I am a total snob when it comes to color. I've spent years searching for my go-to stylist. Amy is it! I absolutely love her and she's worth every penny! See More

Nails were put on at angle when I first got them done. Then one nail came off 2 days later (after repeatedly being told that they would last 2 weeks), I went back and had the nail fixed.
