Yvonne's Day Spa made me feel WELCOMED. Customer Service was on point. The atmosphere was relaxing. My fish pedicure and deluxe spa treatment was the best I've experienced in years. I even got advice on buying a new car. So they were very personable! It's a bit pricey but well worth it. The plus was that I have an injured foot, so sometimes my pedicure is painful but at Yvonne's I FELT NO PAIN! I recommend visiting Yvonne's. Read Less

As a business owner and a career woman, this past week has been tumultuous. My wife and I decided to take a much needed, impromptu vacation in the Arlington area. I looked online for a much needed spa with excellent reviews. We arrived at Yvonne's Salon & Day Spa and 6:25pm, not intentionally so close to closing but the day got away from us. I informed the receptionist that I needed a full pink & white set and I didn't even have the opportunity to state that my wife needed a... pedicure before someone yelled out "TOMORROW". Needless to say, I was a bit taken aback. The receptionist attempted to "clarify" by stating that the process takes approximately 45 minutes and did I want to return tomorrow. However, after this unwelcoming and honestly unprofessional behavior I declined. I have been to numerous establishments such as this one for services and regardless of the time, I have NEVER been turned away. I would have even returned because we had determined we wanted a full spa day of manicure, pedicure & massage for my wife and a full set, pedicure and massage for myself however after this I will take my patronage elsewhere. Took my dad here for a father son pedicure to celebrate his birthday and this was the most relaxing and welcoming place. I was a bit nervous for this being my very first time going to a nail salon but as soon as i walked in all that went away. Not only was I greeted so kindly the moment we walked in but the amazing service (and pedicure) did not end. The staff is so delightful and makes you feel right at home in their comfortable and relaxed environment. Excellent atmosphere! They have snacks and drinks and spend their time with each customer. I have known Yvonne for 15 years and always enjoy a visit to her spa for various services to include hair styling. As a matter of fact she had the honor of giving Jaz her first hair cut at age 3. Since we moved 8 years ago I still try to find time for an appointment when I'm in DC for work. I remember when Yvonne first started the Doctor Fish - Fishy Cure's 12 years ago and often wanted to do it but never had the nerve until Jaz said that she'd like to have one and ask if I would do it with her.
