Glow is such a nice place, they're all so friendly , welcoming and chatty. There's such a range of colours to get your nails done it's so hard to choose! You that know leaving there you have had a good treatment that's been done really well, the technicians would never let you leave if they're not happy with it. Just been in today for a pedicure with a voucher my work girls got me to have my feet beautified before going into labour, the girl that gave me the treatment I think her name was Sophie.. well she was just lovely and made me feel really calm and relaxed with the usual chatter but like I said she was just so lovely and I just wanted to thank her :)Read Less

Had my nails done twice here now, last ages and always done to a very high standard. Had them done both times by Rebecca and she is so lovely and all staff are a credit to your salon. Also usually get my eyebrows waxed here and they are always a great shape. Go nowhere else for my beauty treatments now! Read Less

Just a quick review, I went today as I had a bad experience with another nail salon. I went in to simply get one nail repaired but after assessing my nails, she advised to replace a further two, and reshaped my nails so they were all even again. Just a fantastic customer service experience from start to finish. Will defo be back soon. Read Less

I was in for a Shellac Polish on Monday 21st and was very disappointed that my nails chipped after only 3 days. This happened one by one until last night where there were almost all chipped looking a mess and I had to remove the shellac after struggling to get a week out of them. I've had shellac done numerous times before, including from yourselves and from other places and always get around 2 weeks out of it, sometimes longer. Even then I normally only have to remove it because of nail growth and never because of chipping. I wasn't doing anything different to usual this time to cause the chipping I.e always wear rubber gloves for the housework and don't immerse in water too much. Was very disappointed Read Less

Terrible service, terrible communication, booked well in advance! Staff got my name wrong and what I was wanting to have done, not only that repeated back to me my right name and repeated the service I asked for but showed up and they had it all wrong in the computer system Read Less

I had some weekend lashes put on at this salon and was advised at the time I could have them removed there or remove myself, I contacted the salon to ask if they could take them off and was advised no they wont remove weekend lashes and that I should just do it myself. I asked what I should use and she said baby oil, after spending 3 hours trying to get the glue loose with baby oil, warm water and steaming my face they still wouldn't come off as they were caked in glue! I then spent another hour and a half using lash remover and eye make up remover (information I found on the web not provided by the salon). 4 and a half hours it took me to finally remove the lashes which results it sore red puffy eyes! My eye lashes were absolutely thick with glue and after having lashes done previously I know they shouldn't be! It's a shame that they couldn't be helpful enough to remove them when I asked and now I have angry sore red eyes and a lack of my own eye lashes. I would not recommend this salon for weekend lashes.
