This salon did a fairly decent job on my manicure and pedicure despite it being a ton of confusion regarding payment which resulted in me paying double for my services. I utilized the BeautyNow feature on Groupon and even after showing the owner how Groupon deducted the funds from my bank she insisted on not only another form of payment but gratuity as well that I kindly refuse to pay since my card was going to be charged twice. Between this and being asked several times duri...ng my visit regarding where and how I booked my appointment took away what should have been an enjoyable pampering experience for me. Additionally I found their drying area to be less than satisfactory. The drying equipment was old and outdated and their chairs lacked support. My daughter and I went here yesterday, for brows and lashes! Wow what a mistake! Both days of lashes has to come off today, my daughters who had beautiful lashes. But her lashes irritated so much that she took hers off last night!, loosing most of her own in the process! Most of mine lasted the night but lost half of them while I slept.
