In reference to my earlier deleted comment... I'm really disappointed in the service here. Heard locally that you had a party after the pub until the wee hours of the morning and that's why you had to shut the shop on the 27th December and cancelled all appointments for that day. Also not replying to customer queries. Really unprofessional. Sorry but I won't be rescheduling again. I was waiting outside of the shop for ages before I noticed your status when I went on to get the phone number and 4 mins notice for a cancellation with a reason like "a hangover" really isn't acceptable.

In reference to my earlier deleted comment... I'm really disappointed in the service here. Heard locally that you had a party after the pub until the wee hours of the morning and that's why you had to shut the shop on the 27th December and cancelled all appointments for that day.
