Daughter got ears pierced and professional aftercare advice and support was lacking to say least. I called few days after piercing carried out as ear was getting increasingly swollen and red- advised ...
Daughter got ears pierced and professional aftercare advice and support was lacking to say least. I called few days after piercing carried out as ear was getting increasingly swollen and red- advised to just monitor it as this was common and told no staff(who were trained to do piercings) were available to look at it. Next day daughter ended up in a&e having embedded piercing(which was severely infected) forcibly removed causing her great trauma. Salon needs to greatly improve its ear piercing aftercare service and overall customer service!!!

So relaxed friendly atmosphere. Girls all make you feel welcome and blether away. Share their advice professionally. Would highly recommend all the girls. Plenty parking.

Had a half hour facial today, it was another fantastic treatment from the talented girls at Revived Nail & Beauty. My skin was glowing and felt fantastic. Thank you Jade for a very relaxing time.
