This place was great!! I took my son and daughter for pedicures. We had a great experience. My son totally enjoyed himself!!!! My daughter wants to go back and get a manicure with me!!! Their feet are so soft!! I had to take my daughter back 5 minutes after we left to get her toe polish fixed. The ladies were so sweet about fixing the polish!!! I can't wait to go back myself!!! Awesome service that is worth driving into busy Mount Dora for. Very hygienic and the only place in the golden triangle area that places a cover over their pedicure bowls and machine sanitizes their utensils. The best part is that they're very customer service oriented and make you feel like part of the family. Just today, they made my 6 yr old daughter's visit extra special by braiding her hair and doing a design on her toes and finger nails. They went above and beyond and my daughter felt super special. It was a relaxing atmosphere, but to say they use all organic ingredients is a bit of a stretch. OPI is great, but it is certainly not organic, not even one of the brands closer to the organic claim. Although I didn't ask to see the labels, I would bet, based on the scent and color of they lotion used, that it was not organic either. Read Less

I made an appointment at 10:30 am for them to see us at 4:30pm for 2 of us. We got there at 4:30 and waited until 5 before we left. They had taken some walk-ins right before us and we were ignored after we were asked to wait. It is ridiculous to make someone wait 30 mins without even so much as an apology. Will not return. They were rushed and did a terrible job! Layers upon layers to hide mistakes and was all over cuticles! Clipped every nail to short and toe is red and hopefully not infected. They use chemicals...so they lie! I will be turning them into the state tomorrow as the owner or manager is the person that did me and acted like it was a fine job!
