Have used a few beauty salons in the area, and this is the first I've decided to go to the effort of reviewing. I certainly enjoyed my two treatments here, calm, professional and provided just what I wanted but I also appreciated them anticipating my needs and checking each step of the way which way I'd prefer certain aspects but also giving me plenty of quiet time to relax and unwind. I had Sophie for both treatments and she was excellent. I will be going back. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for a while now, initially started using totally polished for bridal preparations. Our wedding was on the 3rd December 2016. Hayley and the team helped me with my beauty bridal preparations. A special mention should go to Alisha who provided me with quality treatments e.g. Waxing, nail care etc. I felt confident in asking Alisha to do my bridal make up. She went out of her way including changing a personal appointment, and working on a Saturday to be able to do my bridal make up, she did fantastic job on the trial and on the day. I will continue to use totally polished as they are fab, they go out of there way to ensure your looked after pampered. I highly recommend them xxx

Been coming here a while now to have my nails done, even my mum has various treatments & she's always pleased (shes hard too please lol) had her hair done 1st time today & she was absolutely made up.Friendly environment, ladies are very helpful & polite,all in all I could not fault this beauty salon...always flexible with last minute appointments....keep up the good work ladies

Please don't waste your hard earned money. This is the second time I've had issues. First with nails falling off after 2 days now lashes. Sorry but I don't like to slate people's work but when you ar...
Please don't waste your hard earned money. This is the second time I've had issues. First with nails falling off after 2 days now lashes. Sorry but I don't like to slate people's work but when you are constantly arguing with the boss to try and get money back its wrong. Putting the blame on me taking medication for MS is why they may of fell off and need to take a pic of my lashes so she can see what went wrong ?? Really ? Appalling Customer Service. Spent £84 in total over 5 months and offered £20 refund. It's a joke.

Have used a few beauty salons in the area, and this is the first I've decided to go to the effort of reviewing. I certainly enjoyed my two treatments here, calm, professional and provided just what I wanted but I also appreciated them anticipating my needs and checking each step of the way which way I'd prefer certain aspects but also giving me plenty of quiet time to relax and unwind. Hayley and the team helped me with my beauty bridal preparations. Please don't waste your hard earned money. This is the second time I've had issues. First with nails falling off after 2 days now lashes.
