Worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. Made 2 appointments and arrived only to have to wait an hour, it’s like being on a production line. 2 members of staff and 14 people in the salon, however continued to keep taking walk ins. The nails are awful, they’re wonky, had massive chunks of acrylic behind the nails, the lady was in such a rush made us both bleed from filing! Had to remove them ourselves when we got home and salon refuses to give a refund!
Do not recommend….

Worst nail place I have ever been to. The staff spoke to each other in their own language the whole time I was there. Not a word was spoken to me apart from barked instructions like "in" and "out". I asked for a manicure and got nails filed and a bit of hand cream which had cost an extra £5. Total of £30 and I hadn't had old gel removed. Felt like I was on a production line and they couldn't wait to get me out and the next one in.

I arrived this afternoon to a friendly smile and was seated straight away. The lovely lady that done my acrylics was very cheerful and chatty and everyone else was very friendly with a good sense of humour! She finished my new nails beautifully and efficiently and I was done within less than an hour. I am very pleased with them and will be back. :-)

I have just has a manicure and pedicure here and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease. My nails look fantastic. Thank you so much everyone!

Been getting my nails done here since the summer and never had a problem (that was there fault). Last couple of times I been in a have had a snapped nail (own stupidity and balling my mum out). Can never fault them have a laugh every time I go in and always make my partner a drink. Always tell people we’re I got them done when asked. Love the selection of colour selection. Will keep coming back for a long time to come.

Went today and never again. Horrible staff that kept me waiting without saying a word. Tapped my nail to get my attention and were very rude. Came in just to get a infill and wanted to pay no more than £25. But no. They apparently had to redo everything which cost me £42 in the end. Disgusting. Never in my life have i ever paid this much to get my nails done. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Just left and my nails feel absolutely amazing. They give a hand massage which I have found a lot of Nail Bars don't seem to do. The people working there were lovely and friendly. it's a shame I don't live around here (as I'm on holiday) otherwise I'd keep coming back here. and my nails look absolutely amazing!

Highly recommended, this evening I got an a appointment last minute for a pedicure I had a ingrowing toe nail and in so much pain I couldnt believe how the girl removed it for me she was amazing and I can't thank her enough walked out in no pain 😀
also she tidied up my nails that was done at another salon the week before

This salon did my nails and eyebrows WONDERFULLY!! I would definitely recommend. I don't get my nails done often but I've gotten the best acrylic nails out of any salon here.

Been going here for nearly two years and have referred my sister and two friends. Booked an appointment for three of us today for 10.30 and had to wait an hour and a half! This is because they don't honour appointments, they just prioritise walk ins because they want all the money they can get. I wouldn't mind waiting if they just said they don't take appointments. When I complained, they argued with me! Complete joke and rude as hell. Such a shame as they started off so nice when I started going there.

Worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. Made 2 appointments and arrived only to have to wait an hour, it’s like being on a production line. 2 members of staff and 14 people in the salon, however continued to keep taking walk ins. I arrived this afternoon to a friendly smile and was seated straight away. The lovely lady that done my acrylics was very cheerful and chatty and everyone else was very friendly with a good sense of humour! She finished my new nails beautifully and efficiently and I was done within less than an hour. I am very pleased with them and will be back. :-)

Been getting my nails done here since the summer and never had a problem (that was there fault). Last couple of times I been in a have had a snapped nail (own stupidity and balling my mum out).
