Poor quality nail bar. Waited 40 minutes over my appointment time. Having your nails done by 4 people at once definitely relates to 'too many cooks spoil the broth'

I've used this nail salon for about 4 years now maybe longer. The staff are all friendly and very polite the stuff they can do to your mails are amazing

I am absolutely FURIOUS! I have just been to artist nails having grown my nails for the past 8 weeks. All I wanted was some Shellac on them - no length taken off and exactly the same shape as they alr...
I am absolutely FURIOUS! I have just been to artist nails having grown my nails for the past 8 weeks. All I wanted was some Shellac on them - no length taken off and exactly the same shape as they already were. The woman completely reshaped my nail into a really unnatural shape and chopped the corners off all of my nails! When I told her that it wasn't what I wanted she just made it worse and worse and worse- by the end of it I had none of my natural length left on either hands and the completely wrong shape on one. her colleague had to come and rescue her and the only solution was to give me tips on one hand which looks ridiculous. She tried her hardest to correct the damage and make it look natural but they obviously dont. if i wanted fake nails i would have asked for them! You cant even see my nails past my tips now when I had loads of lenth past the tips before. im really upset and it is going to take at least 4 weeks to grow the length back now as my nails take forever to grow :-(
to add salt to the wound i had to be there an extra hour whilst they tried to correct it, pay more for car parking, was 45 mins late for lunch with my family and now I'll have to pay to have the tips taken off ( at another salon as I'm not going back there). and i had to pay full bloody price for the shellac!!!
on top of that the atmosphere in that place is horrid. it feels really tense and the man is so impolite to you barking questions about what you want and bossing you around. I'd rather pay a bit more and not have my nails ruined and have a nicer experience.

The only place in poole where the nail artist actually speak English and understand what you would like to have done. Love the nails they really nice.

Had nails done in various salons for over one year and not a single nail broke. But after i had them dobe here two nails broke withing a week!

Used to love coming here, every month without fail but the prices went up too high. There's much cheaper with the same quality around.

Quick cheap service, the Polish ladies that work there are fantastic, the only place I've been to that the nails stay on for 4 weeks with no breaks, ALSO no need to book !

Have been coming here for a few years and could honestly say I will not be getting my nails done anywhere else as always pleased with the results
