AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE!! so I went in asking for a simple pink and white lined design. I confirmed with them both they were able to do this they said yes. The man did my nails ( infills from somewhere else), he didn’t cut my cuticles, didn’t wash his hands, didn’t ask me to wash mine either which to me is strange as my usual salon does all of the above. She does not wear a mask at all. He painted my hands in shellac which I did not ask for and they did not tell me they were using until it was time to pay!, it was the wrong pink. I made a point of saying it isn’t really the same pink as the photo. He just ignored me and carried on. He could tell I was not happy with them. However I am usually a person who will just pay and never return but, I left after being charged £30 and called them to say I wanted a refund as the work was just not what I asked for. I asked for square he did them with oval edges, the pink was wrong, the white line design was wonky uneven and nothing like the photo. ( wish I could upload all the pics so could see what I mean and how awful it was). She said no come back and I will fix it. I got there and stated that I just wanted simple french white tips. She was clearly agitated by me not being happy and was deliberately filing my skin leaving visible scratches all over them. The white tips as you can see are visibly LUMPY, uneven, thick And just NOT good enough. However I just wanted to go home as I had an hours journey to get back. I called them today ( next day) and stated I want a full refund. She shouted over me constantly refusing to give me any money. She offered me £5 or free toe nails. I stated I did not want to use their services again and as a consumer the service was not ok and I have a right to a refund. I turned up there and she handed me £10. I stated that I wasn’t being rude but I want atleast 50% of my money back, I pulled up the videos and photos of the work she had done and asked her if she genuinely thought it was fine. She went to go get the £5 out the till and as she did this her husband decided to get up from doing another customers nails, PULLED HIS MASK DOWN SHOUTING AND POINTING IN MY FACE!! telling me I said it was ok, I stated yes because I did not want to make him or his wife feel bad about the awful jobs they had done but that I feel I work hard for my money in the NHS, I went home feeling awful and I now have to pay double to get them fixed, again he carried on shouting in my face with no mask on and pointing in my face telling me to get out the shop and never come back. Only stopped because I stated if he didn’t I would call the police. Kindly advised them they have NO WORRIES of me coming back whatsoever!! Put the photos on my social media’s and was flooded with messages of these two shouting at customers that aren’t happy, making people’s skin bleed, etc etc. I have no idea how amazing businesses are going under but theyre still going! I went here for a basic manicure and the job was not done properly. When she was cleaning my nails, there were still dirty and when she filed them it was still edgy and rough. The customer service was not that great when it was payment time, she was just like... £12 please with her hand impatiently waiting. At first, she told me it was £10 so I don't know what was going on then. My mum had to finish my nails off because she didn't do the job properly.
