Pagué sin problema él precio que me dijeron y él pedicura fue mediocre y el diseño de uñas horrible.... fui dos días después para pedir que lo quitaran y me dieran sólo un color simple. La Gerente me dijo que no podía que porque ya había usado el servicio ( ni modo que me quitara las uñas para regresarlas). Two of my acrylic nails broke within a week. I went to get repaired and the salon charged me for the repair! I expect longer results and if I have to go out of my way to get shoddy work repaired to not be charged. Read Less

Spent good money to get my girlfriend her nails done as a Christmas gift. While there, the nail tech (male) kept telling her what she DIDNT want, vice what he was going to provide. The manicure was half assed. The pedicure was incomplete. And when she tried explaining what she wanted, they kept telling her she didn't want that. I went to the store to speak w the manager and he assured me, if she came back, they would give her a full service and make things right. Today, it'...s 1/2/17 and she returned to be told that it would cost an additional $10 to get what she was supposed to get the first time, and they wouldn't be redoing her feet. This is absolutely terrible customer service and we will NEVER return to this salon, nor recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of nail salons in fishers, this one is crap. Save your money and headache. ***UPDATE*** The $10 was waived for the nails, so we are thankful for that, however this review was written while my girlfriend was in the store. She was approached by an employee of the store and was asked that this review be taken down, repeatedly. This made her extremely uncomfortable during her nail servicing. Unacceptable. If you do not want bad reviews, I recommend you service customers/consumers for what they paid for. It is not OUR fault that the nails were not done correctly the first time around. And the fact that we were told that this issue would be resolved, it took many hurdles to get there, and her pedicure was still not redone, this is bad business. If you don't refund people their money (policy), offering to fix the nails, don't do what you promised/offered, and then complain when you get a bad review, then maybe the business world is not for you. Putting the blame on the customer for the information that YOU provided (cost) is NOT okay...We still will not be returning to this salon, nor recommend it to anyone. Went here with my daughter in law with whole bridal party for mani pedi's, my second time there. Had a blast, staff is personable and fun, made sure we were all accommodated, even ordered in special polish for the bride. I will go there every time I'm in town. Read Less
