Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon at all. Had my nails done on Saturday and they already started to chip.. I have Shellac nails done for several years now and never had a problem. My usual salon was fully booked so I decided to use Nail Boutique and booked online with Charlotte. The salon itself is at Castlepoint, next to the parking and really tiny. I felt rushed from start to finish and four days after my shellac was done, some of it started to "peel"... I usually have it on for three weeks without any issues. I tried calling the salon few times to speak to somebody about it but nobody picked up and I didn't feel comfortable leaving a message. Not really happy right now, I feel like I wasted £29... :(( Read Less
