After going to this nail salon for years, they had a new member of staff who was rough and somewhat painful when handling my nails. Then after a week, one nail gel came off completely and other nails ...
After going to this nail salon for years, they had a new member of staff who was rough and somewhat painful when handling my nails. Then after a week, one nail gel came off completely and other nails had chipped. I then went in to say would they be able to re-do the broken nails with a slight discount as usually this service is good, but for some reason this time it wasn’t. They literally said to me no. When I then said I’m a valid customer as been coming here for years they said well you can go to another nail bar and they didn’t care that they would be loosing a consistent client. Poor business management and poor customer service skills. Would not recommend going to this nail salon!

Have used numerous salons over Bournemouth can thoroughly recommend.. prefect nails
Did my wedding nails.
Service and nails never disappoint.

Horrendous!!!!
My friends thumb has been massively infected from in sanitised tools. She is now on antibiotics!
We went back to there and they said that they said hat they would remove the shellac ...

We went back to there and they said that they said hat they would remove the shellac now for her - and that if she went and got a doctors note after her coming in today they wouldn’t do anything about it.
Such bad service - do not recommend!

After having acrylics done by another salon regularly they were unfortunatly closed when i needed a new set of nails done for a special occasion...
i decided to go to perfect nails - initially nice...
After having acrylics done by another salon regularly they were unfortunatly closed when i needed a new set of nails done for a special occasion...
i decided to go to perfect nails - initially nice welcome with hot drink, the guy doing my nails didnt seem that gentle and seemed to push my hand and fingers aside once done didnt make me feel great ...however they looked great once finished and initially i was vry happy .....
roll on 2-3 weeks i had one snap 2 weeks in then another ...after this i had the worst!!! ....
i knocked my thumb nail whilst dusting and it ripped off 90% off my thumbnail from its nailbed, has even ripped out and exposed nail at the bottom left corner at its root (underneath the quick where the nail disappears behind the skin -... its now exposed)very painfull ,and is only attached in the bottom right corner,
it bled immediatly from the bottom up and pain was unbelievable!!!! , i am now very likely to loose my thumbnail completely and in complete agony. Ive not cried so much in years whilst it was being cleaned and strapped!! I can barely use it at all and will be like this untill it falls off and starts to heal!! 😠😠
on the same day another on my other hand snapped luckily above the nail- im now so scared the same will happen to the ones left.... NOT what you expect at all 3 weeks into having acrylics. I will not be able to have them at all untill my thumb nail fully forms and grows back properly ( if ever😣)

polish and started again on that nail making sure it was perfect be...

polish and started again on that nail making sure it was perfect before i left. Also offered drinks as it was very hot. Overall lovely service

Amateurs. I was given nails that turned upright and were so thick I couldn't grasp anything. I was so embarrassed I just wanted out of there. The nail tech just kept nodding when I said anything, I do...
Amateurs. I was given nails that turned upright and were so thick I couldn't grasp anything. I was so embarrassed I just wanted out of there. The nail tech just kept nodding when I said anything, I don't think he could speak any English. I'll never go in there again.
