I called up on the way home, they were able to fit me in.

Ben and Lily are more like family. I have had my nails done every three weeks for the past five years and have always been delighted with my nails.

Very rude, got criticised for under my tips being dirty when I went in to ask for them to be sorted. The tip was stuck to my nail which were quite long. Makeup got in between my nail and the tip, coul...
Very rude, got criticised for under my tips being dirty when I went in to ask for them to be sorted. The tip was stuck to my nail which were quite long. Makeup got in between my nail and the tip, couldn't get it out. She rudely told me to use lemon then said I should wear gloves when applying makeup. She reluctantly badly removed my original nails from underneath. I left my keys on the sofa and when I went back in she was talking about me to the other customers but when they talk they talk in their own language. OH..... ARE THEY ACTUALLY INSURED TO USE THE TOOLS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE AS ALL NAIL TECHNICIAN HAD TO BE RETRAINED AS NO ONE WOULD INSURE THEM

Have always been pleased with my nails. Where else can you just turn up and ask for their service and they will always accommodate you :D

They we're even shouting at me when I suggested the acrylic was put on to thick..
Oh and she said she'll take the POLISH off but I will have to pay again for more polish...
So disappointed as I'm now stuck with them ......

Awful service. From the minute you sit down you feel rushed, the place is dirty and run down and you're being seen alongside several other people at once. Not relaxing at all. Had shellac put on, last...
Awful service. From the minute you sit down you feel rushed, the place is dirty and run down and you're being seen alongside several other people at once. Not relaxing at all. Had shellac put on, lasted less than a week, maybe 3 days, then cracked and chipped. When I returned for a partial refund (I paid £20 and was asking for £10 back) they refused saying I must have done something to them which is absolutely not true. Have done no different to last time I had them done somewhere much nicer and they lasted 3 whole weeks. I was really disappointed in their attitude, blaming me for doing 'something' wrong and flat out refusing to refund me so absolute waste of time and money.
