I got an infected toenail from here, they advise you purchase your own set of tools but the techniques used here are poor and so are the products. Witnessed one lady get her eyebrows tinted just sat in the waiting area. Would not reccomend this place to anyone i knew. Sorry.

I’ve just had my nails done here for the first time, and it was very refreshing to see someone take such care of my nails! Yes drills are used, but used carefully and without going down to my nail bed...
I’ve just had my nails done here for the first time, and it was very refreshing to see someone take such care of my nails! Yes drills are used, but used carefully and without going down to my nail bed, like other places in Bournemouth I have visited. Such a friendly lady too, I will be back :)

They have a sign in their toilet saying "customers cannot use the kitchen sink to wash their hands". Pretty disgusting considering there is no sink in the toilet. I'm not sure where customers are expe...
They have a sign in their toilet saying "customers cannot use the kitchen sink to wash their hands". Pretty disgusting considering there is no sink in the toilet. I'm not sure where customers are expected to wash their hands?! Pretty sure this is illegal. On top of this I paid £42 for a set of shellac acrylic tips. It was as if they kept adding money on. I was priced £22 on the phone and suddenly because I wanted shellac polish instead of gel the total price increased by £20. Correct me if I'm wrong but the labour time used to apply shellac polish vs gel is the same? I felt so embarrassed to say anything at the time as the lady had done a good job but Im pretty sure I've been ripped off ? No hand cream used after nails done either. Won't be going back.

Cannot fault the service provided, I used to have mobile techs to my house, but after a few shocking sets I decided to treat myself to a salon experience and I'm so glad I did. X

It's become awful... Twee is grumpy n rude and the nail work is substandard! They don't put them on properly, they don't cover the entire nail, they crack & lift within days and when we say something,...
It's become awful... Twee is grumpy n rude and the nail work is substandard! They don't put them on properly, they don't cover the entire nail, they crack & lift within days and when we say something, it's our fault... We have oily nails etc.... They were amazing in the beginning and I was with them for years but I've found someone else now as I'm tired of paying to sit in a grumpy atmosphere having shoddy work done. Plus I have fibromyalgia and very swollen painful hands and with twee I always end up in tears... But with the new lady, I don't experience any pain at all AND the nails are 100% better. Very sad On the plus side... Ming does awesome pedicures!!!! And he's a lovely polite man

My first visit today and I am so pleased that I went. Very professional people that did a very good job on my nails but also the atmosphere was very friendly and chatty. I was greeted at the door and offered tea or coffee and made very welcome. I will definitely go back there and will recommend them to my friends.

They have a sign in their toilet saying "customers cannot use the kitchen sink to wash their hands". Pretty disgusting considering there is no sink in the toilet. I'm not sure where customers are expected to wash their hands?! Pretty sure this is illegal. On top of this I paid £42 for a set of shellac acrylic tips. It was as if they kept adding money on. I was priced £22 on the phone and suddenly because I wanted shellac polish instead of gel the total price increased by £20. I felt so embarrassed to say anything at the time as the lady had done a good job but Im pretty sure I've been ripped off ? No hand cream used after nails done either. Won't be going back.

They were amazing in the beginning and I was with them for years but I've found someone else now as I'm tired of paying to sit in a grumpy atmosphere having shoddy work done. My first visit today and I am so pleased that I went. Very professional people that did a very good job on my nails but also the atmosphere was very friendly and chatty. I was greeted at the door and offered tea or coffee and made very welcome. I will definitely go back there and will recommend them to my friends.
