My daughter and I went to have a manicure at Hollywood nails. Not a very good manicure for my daughter but for me, I was left with 6 nails that were bleeding, one when I was in the salon, no apology! ...
My daughter and I went to have a manicure at Hollywood nails. Not a very good manicure for my daughter but for me, I was left with 6 nails that were bleeding, one when I was in the salon, no apology! The other nails started bleeding over the next 2 days. Suffice to say we won’t be going there again!

Awful shellac. Pile people up and do it as quickly as possible seems to be the trade motto. Not going back again.

Says £3 for shellac removal on the sign. But it's actually £5, only £3 if you have another shellac service - which shellac removal is included in anyway, so makes no sense. Told them they needed to change their sign and they weren't happy. Oh well.

I love coming here for infills and pedicure and also get my eyebrows done here. The team are all lovely and friendly and it's all reasonably priced too. :)

I would give this place 0 if I could. My sister booked an appointment today for 2:30. By 3pm she had still not been seen. They failed to tell us when we arrived that they were running late and as a result we had to walk out without having any treatment done as we were then running behind for other things. This is the second time this has happened where they let walk ins take priority over people who have booked appointments. Now it's too late in the day to go anywhere else so... she has been left extremely disappointed as she wanted them done for a special occasion this evening. Disgusting customer service once again, walking off mid conversation when trying to find out how long it would be. Will not be returning ever! Gave them the benefit of the doubt after 15 minutes, but over half an hour late is ridiculous when you weren't even warned. See More

My appointment was at 5.30, I arrived 10 mins early to choose my colours and they just ignored me until somebody shoved a box of colours in my hand. Finally started at 5.50, no apology, only to be told that the colour I wanted (a burnt orange colour) wasn't one they did anymore, so I had to quickly pick another. The only other orange was neon so I chose it and asked for a matte top coat to tone it down a little. It was a really rush job with the guy only speaking to me when ordering me to change hands, then forgetting to put the matte top coat on, and getting huffy after he had to take the top coat off. It was a crap experience, I hate the colour and the finish is messy. I've actually come home and painted over them because I am so disappointed with them. I will never come here again.

My daughter and I went to have a manicure at Hollywood nails. Not a very good manicure for my daughter but for me, I was left with 6 nails that were bleeding, one when I was in the salon, no apology! The other nails started bleeding over the next 2 days. Suffice to say we won’t be going there again!

I would give this place 0 if I could. My sister booked an appointment today for 2:30. By 3pm she had still not been seen. They failed to tell us when we arrived that they were running late and as a result we had to walk out without having any treatment done as we were then running behind for other things. My appointment was at 5.30, I arrived 10 mins early to choose my colours and they just ignored me until somebody shoved a box of colours in my hand. Finally started at 5.50, no apology, only to be told that the colour I wanted (a burnt orange colour) wasn't one they did anymore, so I had to quickly pick another.
