This is a short review about the male masseur.
He is friendly and polite and it is easy to talk to him. Because of the working hours of my former job, I couldn't always go to the Beauty Salon opening hours or just around closing time. But he could arrange form time to time to keep the Salon (the massage therapy area) open.
My partner (male) and me (female) went there several times (at different times) and we are both very happy with the massages we got. We felt much better afterwards and the price is good too.
However, the masseur was sweating a lot each time (it's quite warm there and I understand that it can be exhausting to massage) and it dropped on my back. It happened to my partner too.
Apart from that, I have to say that he really puts a lot of effort in the massage and tries to fix and release the problems we had.

IF YOU ARE FEMALE AVOID!!!! I had a truly awful experience at this salon and have complained to them directly three times and have never had a response or apology, which is unacceptable. I had a massage with their male masseur and felt totally violated. I would not expect his face to be so close to mine that I had to breath in his breath, or have his nose continually rub against my forehead and nose. What made it even worse was that the salon was closed (the arcade also) and therefore no one was around. As a young woman I would not want anyone else to have this happen to them so please think twice!!

My first time, the staff were pleasant, however my nails were rough after manicure & within one hour the nail polish was chipping. I had to file my nails when I got home, to get rid of the catches.

Great value for shellac manicure and pedicures. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Couldn't recommend it enough

Bellissima became my favourite place to be. I go there every two weeks for all sorts of treatments and wouldn't go anywhere else. A lovely drink menu is offered on arrival and I found myself cozying up under a super soft fleece blanket and drinking chai latte while getting my pedicure done. During these very cold winter days, it was most appreciated. The staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Shape and polish £17!!! - I had to point out to the person doing the shaping that one of my nails was actually lopsided ! No soak or cuticle work was involved just a very basic shape and polish using a nail varnish that requires no base coat !! It was corrected but I do think that £17 for the service I got was grossly overpriced !

Very cold room where massage took place and heating not turned on even after requesting it. Staff did not seem interested in job or communicate well. No personal history was taken on arrival, or details of allergies. Very uncomfortable massage had to lie with head twisted to one side. Noisy room as kitchen directly next door so clanking of cups and staff shouting to each other did lend itself to a relaxing time. Also - expect to be short changed on time given to treatment.

This is a short review about the male masseur.
He is friendly and polite and it is easy to talk to him. Because of the working hours of my former job, I couldn't always go to the Beauty Salon opening hours or just around closing time. But he could arrange form time to time to keep the Salon (the massage therapy area) open.
My partner (male) and me (female) went there several times (at different times) and we are both very happy with the massages we got. We felt much better afterwards and the price is good too.

IF YOU ARE FEMALE AVOID!!!! I had a truly awful experience at this salon and have complained to them directly three times and have never had a response or apology, which is unacceptable. I had a massage with their male masseur and felt totally violated.
