Horrible customer service! If you don't like something they will blame you and say you have "the wrong salon" . Or not response to your complaint and then say it's too late to fix it. Managed to get a cancellation appointment today with Rhiannon for shellac and am so pleased with the results. The salon is lovely, as is she. Paid the same price as I had at a nail bar previously for the same sort of service, but hers is worlds apart. Professional and friendly service in a spa like salon. I can't believe I haven't reviewed already. I started going here after my mother visited a couple of times and wouldn't stop saying how wonderful it is. I went not sure what to expect since normal polish always chipped off and my nails weren't that strong. Now nearly a year on I can safely say my nails are in wonderful condition. All the girls are friendly and so professional. I can honestly say that both I and my mum always look forward to our visit. I have been going to cheap nails bars for about 4 years now, after our last appointment and finding out they all seemed to be getting raided me and my daughter decided it was time to go to a PROPER nail bar. I cannot tell you the difference. No smell of chemicals, no drills and pleasant staff we were in there for over two hours but you felt pampered and special not just like you're on a production line.
