KD nails, the BEST nail salon in Plymouth. All the staff are very professional, very friendly and always remember everything about you from your previous visits. The amount of colours to choose from are amazing, over 1000 colours. All the staff talk to you even if they are not doing your nails. I have been going to KD Nails for about 6 months now, they are with out a doubt the best nail salon in Plymouth. The staff are very friendly and always treat me with respect ,plus they always know what colour I want even before I do, I would recommend them to any one who wants a professional finish to their nails, the prices are really good as well. If I see any of the staff outside of work hours which I done more than once, they always stop and say hello. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Ive had to write this review on my friends account as the page has blocked me as they know I will be giving a bad review. think this place is an absolute disappointment. Arrived for 4pm for my appointment didn't get seen to till after 5:20, and then I ended up being the last person in the shop, I was there at 7pm! It was just me and the salon owner and her husband left at the end. She said that's forty pounds please, I said "do I really have to pay ful...l price even though I've been here for 3 hours? don't you think I deserve some sort of discount?" She said no I stayed her late just to do your nails. Meanwhile in the background her husband is shouting in Chinese about me. At this point she had my notes in her hands and she said how much do u want back? And I said we'll how much do you think you should offer if you want me to come back?!? And she said you tell me. So I said twenty pounds and she said no, her husband then got up and started shouting "I don't want you to come back here" and the lady gave me a tenner back and said she hopes I'm very happy with my tenner.
