The staff at GHQ are always friendly, polite and helpful. Essential hair maintenance may be the obvious purpose for visiting, but it's also lovely to be able to have a natter over a cup of tea in a welcoming yet professional environment. Whilst I haven't had my nails done at GHQ, my mum is always really pleased with the work done on her nails and feels much better about herself after a visit. I have very thick, coarse hair and after leaving London to live in the South West, I have struggled for years to find a good Colour Technician/Stylist in Plymouth who can manage it. I was fed up feeling disappointed every time I left a salon as I seemed to be going from one hair disaster to another! Finally I found Erin! She is an expert in colour and has been to the highly regarded Wella Colour School in London where she qualified as a Colour Expert. She is simply amazing and after she corrected my hair from yet another disaster, I haven't looked back. I would highly recommend a visit.
